I love this Trader Joe’s. It’s the closest to my house so I usually go a few times a week. It’s always clean and well-stocked. The staff a friendly and nice. The samples and recipes are great!

I’ve never had a bad experience here. I love their potato salad and cookie butter! The frozen Biryani Rice is delicious, too!

I bought a Caesar Salad, and didn’t eat it for about 2 days from buying it. As I opened it I went through the lettuce throwing out the old pieces and found a fly in my salad. Mind you, I was digging through the lettuce and then found the fly. It wasn’t just on top or anything, it was IN my salad. After buying it, I immediately placed it in the refrigerator. I don’t think I’ll ever buy Trader Joe’s salads again. I’ll just stick to making my own.

I love Trader Joe’s. The products are great at any store you go to. My complaint is as follows; the Cashiers are racist, and judgmental at the Claremont store. If you look European you will get excellent Customer Service. If not, then you will get a negative attitude as if your money isn’t worth anything. This has happened to me many times. I dress presentable by the way, I am light skin but not light enough. Unfortunately for the cashiers, my money still works though and they still have to ring up the merchandise of [in their eyes] a commoner. Message to the Cashier’s at Claremont Trader Joes: You are not superior to me.

I come here multiple times a week, that’s how much I stand by it. Best products, great prices and unique quality products. This location is great, the staff is helpful and the samples are never in short supply!

Horrible Customer Service. I asked for help with a specific type of red meat and she said well just go look in the frozen foods isle. I seriously hope it was not a race thing because when I saw someone else who is Caucasian ask for help she became ms friendly.

Worst Traders Joes I been to so far. Parking is the worst. Cashiers are pushy and not helpful. Lastly they make you use the your visa chip and it doesn’t even work! Horrible:(I won’t be back.

On this cloudy drizzling morning all I kept thinking about was my spinach green smoothie, but not the ones I get outside, the ones i make at home. Off to my Sunday stop at Trader Joe’s I go and this place just always makes me smile. Nothing like the welcoming décor of pumpkins to remind you of the season. I especially like that everything I need is reasonably priced. I was able to get my smoothie ingredients: spinach, ginger, pineapple, bananas and lemons. I am set. Oh yeah, and a bunch of other stuff I like :-). Thanks Bryce, for getting everything into two bags. Ya’ll Rock.

I mostly come here for face wash, body soap, moisturizer, and occasionally toothpaste. Even when the store is super busy the workers are always willing to stop what they’re doing and answer your questions or help you find something. The checkout lines usually move quickly and the service is good.

I feel this Trader Joes is by far the best! The only problem is the parking lot space. Anytime I am at my mother in laws house, I stop by to shop at this local store for all of the unique items they have to offer. They also have the cutest shopping bags to put all of your non GMO organic items! Yay, for having such a remarkable store!

That’s it. I’m so frustrated with this Trader Joe’s. I pretty much stopped getting produce from them because of my earlier issues. Now I’m questioning why I even go there anymore. I’ve wasted too much money on spoiled produce I had to throw out, and time with having to return things. Most recently, I got home only to find that a package was opened. Now I’m debating whether to throw it out and waste $ 10, or return it and waste 20 minutes. Also, on that visit, I was getting some yogurt and saw that one of the containers was expired by 5 days. I brought it to an employee and she didn’t seem to be too concerned. I love Trader Joe’s and this location is one of my favorites because of the friendly employees and layout. But, I don’t think I can justify going back anymore. If you shop here, make sure that you check EVERYTHING before buying it. I’m generally really good about it, but sometimes I miss things.

This place is always my first stop for groceries. Got everything I need for breakfast, lunch, dinner & snacks. Genuine quality products with a very reasonable prices! My fave items are: Speculous cookie butter, waffle cookie, spinach & kale pie, salmon dip, and their reduced guilt pita chips :) And greeting cards are always 99cents. Don’t forget their seasonal stuff!

Who doesn’t love shopping at Trader Joe’s? Well actually I am sure plenty do not, but I certainly do. I love all of the snacks and sweet desserts that I find at Trader Joe’s whenever I walk down all of the aisles(don’t be fooled though if you think Trader Joe’s is healthy and that everything they sell here must be healthy because it isn’t). Anyways, this Trader Joe’s is located in the Old School House Center(specifically next to Boca Burger and The Spot). The parking lot is definitely a major disappointment because they are only 45 minute parking spots and rather a small parking lot. But you can always park at the lot in front of Citibank(no parking time limit) and walk across without any problem. For the most part, this store’s layout is pretty similar to the other Trader Joe’s stores that I shop at. Products are organized and adequately stocked. Love the cooking demo area for my free samples as well. Definitely will come back here again if I am in the area and need to stock up in my house.

Trader Joe’s is my dream grocery store. Every once in a while, to hurt my own feelings, I image TJ’s isn’t around anymore. I get a terrible pang of loss and sadness and then I snap back to reality, pop on over, check out the samples, get a tiny cup of coffee, and load up my recyclable grocery bags. Life is good.

I have been doing here for over 15 years exclusively. With three growing boys, I care about what they eat. The prices are reasonable, we spend about $ 135 a week for general staples; not bad for a family of 5… did I mention growing boys? Lol Five stars because there is no other store out there that has or does what they do. Whole foods is nose bleed expensive. However, they have changed a bit. Since being bought out by a German company, it is no longer local owned.(Been told that previously, the employees called the pull carts they use U-boats, but were sent a directive to stop that right away … lol) Where one could go in and just pick things blindingly, knowing the ingredient list was reasonably healthy, now you have to stop and read it. Two things that I avoid in my diet, that they never had on their shelves are 2) hydrogenated oils, 1) high fructose corn syrup. These things are starting to pop up on the shelves. If this goes on, the stars are going to decrease rapidly. It’s pretty much the only game in town for decent, affordable foods. I finally figured it out. The employees are not mean, or unfriendly towards YOU. They are pissed off that they have to work there, and were probably just yelled at by there German bosses… and who can be nice after that?

Out of all the TJ’s I’ve been to in the surrounding area(San Dimas, Upland, and Chino Hills), this is the worst… Chino Hills being the best followed by Upland. The location of this Trader Joe’s is just horrible to begin with… it’s situated in a plaza where there’s a theater, hotel, and two large popular restaurants, and the parking lot is hard to get in and out of especially during the after work rush or weekends. Their selection is smaller than most TJ’s and the setup is just like the TJ’s in San Dimas… not my favorite because everything is crammed and a bit hard to find when you are unfamiliar with the layout. Beware of rude people that think shoving and pushing you around will get them closer to where they need to be and watch out for annoying kids who think it’s their playground and we just happen to be shopping in it.

My husband and I started going to Trader Joe’s late last year, because we wanted to buy organic produce. It really lives up to the hype. Not only do they sell great quality products, their service is also great and their packaging is amazing. Going there every week is a fun adventure to me, I always find something I’d never seen before such as mochi ice-cream, organic yerba mate, Brussels sprouts on the vine, just to name a few. This is probably my favorite branch in SoCal.

Nice Trader Joe’s, spacious and well laid out, unlike some of our smaller urban locations in San Francisco. Conveniently located if you’re staying at the Doubletree next door, which we were… so if you’re addicted to things like carrot juice and coconut water, your room at the Doubletree will have a fridge and there you go.
