Business Owner

Deborah L. Kahn is the Principal Attorney and Founder of The Kahn Law Firm. She is a Los Angeles, Orange County, San Gabriel Valley, and Inland Empire Attorney who has maintained caseloads in both Family law and Civil litigation. She has represented clients in all aspects of divorce, including appeals. Ms. Kahn has even submitted writs to the California Court of Appeals and petitions to the California Supreme Court.

Although concentrating in Family Law and Estate Planning, Ms. Kahn has a very eclectic background. Ms. Kahn worked at Cal Poly Pomona as their Deputy Director of Title IX. While in her role, Ms. Kahn worked on compliance, education, and investigations involving Discrimination, Harassment, Retaliation, Sexual Misconduct, Domestic Violence, and Stalking complaints.

While focusing on divorce settlement negotiations, Ms. Kahn has also performed document review, drafting of operating/​business agreements, and business formation and incorporating procedures.
