Tons of negative energy in this shop. Save yourself the time and go down to Kindred Spirits, which is just down the road. The shop owner (Denel) told me and my girlfriend to get out of her store in front of a crowd of people. She is involved with some very negative energies and would advise to steer far away from her. She is rude and doesn’t care about any of you.

I can’t sing enough praises for this store and the way it is managed. Denel the store owner is SUPER PSYCHIC! Like, I’ve gotten A LOT of readings from a lot of readers in New Age stores all over LA, but she’s BY FAR THE BEST! !! She’s accurate, she gives you specific details and dates about your life situation, and she reads the cards like second nature. This woman was born to read cards, her gift is genuine, and impressive. She also makes her own candles and oils, and they are AMAZING!!! She’s very knowledgeable about herbs and oils and she really does combine them in a magical way. Her shop may be small but it’s PACKED with genuine helpful goodies, statues, tarot decks, crystals, sage and herbs and oils, books and all sorts of awesome stuff. I LOVE IT IT’S MY FAVORITE NEW AGE STORE IN THE WHOLE CITY!!! And the owner is one of the friendliest, nicest, and most talented card reader you’ll every meet! Highly recommended!!!

Love this store. I went for the first time and I enjoyed my experience. One of the best metaphysical shops in the area (right next to Kindred Spirits! they’re both great). Something that I like about this store versus the other metaphysical shops is that it is diverse in a very unique way. I saw an ouija board which was pretty neat and a few other products there. Great occult store. She has a great selection of books as well and hands down, the best essential oil blends in the area. I bought one called «spirit guides» and my card didn’t run through. She gave it to me for free but of course I went and cashed out money to give to her. Very nice of her to do that especially since she is a small business owner. Not only that, but she was doing a tarot reading and even offered to break off the reading temporarily to make me a new batch of oils for me. I told her I could wait after the reading :)
The only reason that the store doesn’t get a five is because she needs to hire another employee! I was surprised that she was the only employee. I am sorry but new customers might be put off and not return if she is constantly so busy with one person and doing a reading for another person. I definitely will come back but someone else may not.

Danel is genuinely gifted! She is extremely accurate in all of her readings!

This store has horrible energy! The lady that runs it is rude and has abysmal customer service skills. Let the buyer beware, anything you but from here will most likely be negatively charged.

Danel has such good energy and even when the place gets extremely busy she takes the time to greet everyone that walks in the door.

Good selection of seven day candles.

This new age store is great! It carries a variety of unique products. I like to come for the tarot card readings they are always accurate.

I’ve been going to Denel for 2 –3 years. I’ve had some positive and negative experiences. I had found out later that the readings were false and stopped going. The owner got really pissed off because I stopped going to her. Plus my boyfriend feels that there are some negative activity going on In that store, and saw her eyeballs roll in the back of her head.

So annoyed with this place. I went there at 12pm when they open (sign says they open then on the door) and they weren’t open. I waited around, and waited, and waited, and still nothing. The place is full of negative energy from all its customers not being able to shop there. How can they expect to make any money if they’re closed all the time?

I’ve been coming here since High school and I’ve always had an awesome experience! I don’t understand the «negative energy» reviews. It feels like home! And the owner is so hands on and friendly and open! Just speak to her! She doesn’t know me by name, but every time I walk in she treats me like an old friend! If you’re walking around glaring at her because she’s engaged with another customer, what do you expect exactly??? Check YOUR energy, friend! And I understand schedule may provide some inconvenience, but it’s a small business, so just try to call before leaving your house! Simple!
Anyway, great selection and great prices! I moved out of the area but I still try to shop here when I can! :)

I read with some amusement the negative reviews. With all due respect.…you just don’t get it.
Denel has devoted her entire life to being fun, terribly knowledgeable, and fully at your service, providing an awesome, honest, and POSITIVE environment in her store. And that’s why she has OODLES of repeat and long time customers. If she’s can’t get to you at the moment you walk in, like a little shop girl who really doesn’t care about you, but is busy helping someone in need, then please accord her a little respect. She will acknowledge you and be assured she will treat you the same when its your turn and give you her full attention. She’s only one person, and there is no one like her. She is HONEST (rare in a business or a person), uplifting, and gifted. If you want crystals, why on earth travel to a store? You can buy crystals online.

Great place for readings, supplies, books but not so much crystals. So if you’re looking for crystals might want to look elsewhere. The «Crystal Cave» in the name thew me off I was a bit disappointed at the selections but then again it is a very small store. I never got my reading here so I’ll leave all that to the people that have.

It has been a great experience every time I went here. Denel is honest and very personable. I love the oils sold here!

Amazing readings and products here. Chick knows her stuff. So many things filled in this shop (candles, oils, incense, pendants, pendulums, tarot cards, books, greeting cards!) Call ahead and make an appointment for a tarot reading.

Such a great place and the owner Danelle goes OUT OF HER WAY to make you feel at home, makes powdered incense on the spot so I could use it for exactly what I needed. She’s warm and friendly and down to earth. the Prices are fantastic!!! What a great find… no snobby metaphysical high and mighty folks here!

Anytime I am in need of anything I go here. This place is amazing and Danielle is always so helpful yes sometimes she is busy worth another customer so I may have to wait BUT she always gives me that same courtesy when I am being helped.

To the reviews stating the owner is always busy or talking, that’s her job! To stay productive and build a relationship with the clientele. I came in, bought some crystal’s, and she gave me a sweet deal. I should of easily payed more, but she was so sweet. I couldn’t believe when she told me the price, she simply stated «I like to take care of my costumers». I didn’t mind at all that she was talking to other costumers while I browsed. I actually liked it. I can’t stand when you go into a metaphysical shop and the owner just stares and simply states «if you need anything, let me know». She was giving her honest insight, and making small talk with everyone who walked in. I will definitely be back again, and again!
