Best coffee :) I always get the hazelnut latte or the vanilla latte. Both iced and hot! I heard their matcha latte is good too so I gotta try that soon too! :)) and they always get my order correct and I love how their coffee has a richer taste than Starbucks! But too bad Starbucks has a drive thru and they don’t! Lol or else I’d be coming to coffee beans moreee haha :)))

Came here around 7pm on a Tuesday night. It was decently crowded but no line, probably a lot of people studying for finals! I got the winter dream tea latte. It’s my favorite from here probably and I can only get it during the holidays! Frothy & yummy. My friend tried the cookie butter latte which was good too! Not too sweet surprisingly. Service was quick. I love CBTL, wish they had more around!

Usually when I’m in this area I always need to get Coffee bean and I always get my Vanilla Bean drink. Great location, very clean, amazing customer service! Last time I went I had a nice lady named Natalie at the cashier and she was very kind.

The service at this location is always poor compared to that at the Foothill and Haven location in Rancho Cucamonga. I am always left with the impression that the baristas are merely enduring their customers, and today was the same when the cashier(Fatima) took my order today. It is sad because I believe that they would be more popular than the Starbucks in the Claremont Village if they had better service. I was hoping that after a year or so break from this location that it would be better but it is the same or worse.

I rarely go here(every 3 to 6 months) but I never get friendly service. It’s usually almost hostile with staff seeming to barely have time to help. I almost never experience such coldness in businesses because I’m a pretty easy going, friendly type. I’ve found a better place for coffee on the plaza at Pein Quotidian and their customer care is lovely.

First off I ordered a large 32 Oz late with light ice. I don’t like a lot of ice because it melts and waters things down. When I got my coffee it was full of ice and was only half full of coffee. She said oh let me put more water in it to fill it up. What? No. You make more coffee. Simple thing right? I was already pissed so I just told her put more ice in it and I left. Both my sister and I tried our coffee and to our surprise it was BEYOND burnt. Yeah burnt coffee. Learn how to make coffee. No one should ever go here. Terrible service terrible coffee

Always love coming to this location. It has an outdoor sitting area in the back, great to hang out at and enjoy a drink. The employees are friendly and I’ve always has my drink made consistent and tasted great.

Love this Coffee Bean. Tons of seating, lots of students, and a great location in the middle of the Claremont Village. And check in on Unilocal during weekdays and get a dollar off any large drink!

Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf’s drinks are fantastic! After being a Starbucks loyalist for over 10 years, I came over to Coffee Bean when they introduced their new iced coffees and haven’t looked back since! The Claremont Village offers a great selection of coffee and tea houses, both large chains and smaller«mom and pop» shops, Coffee Bean holds its own with those smaller shops for sure. While service is usually pretty good, a few less than stellar experiences here leave me giving them 4 stars instead of 5.

Claremont Village: Large shop. Felt more like being in a cozy coffee house than a corporate shop. Lots of inside small tables and chairs, all occupied, on the Sunday afternoon we were there, with almost everyone on a laptop. A group holding some discussion commandered the couches in the sitting area. It was a liitle blustery, and sprinkling rain, to sit outside. Glad our drinks were to go. DRINKS ~Malibu Dream, a fruit flavored strawberry banana drink from a powdered mix, made with with almond milk. ~Almond milk Mocha Didn’t look up the calories on the mocha but that Malibu Dream was over 600! It was enjoyed. The Mocha was scalding hot, too hot to drink immediately. The order taker was kind to ask how strong I wanted my Mocha’s syrup when I explained that the last one, from a sister store, was too weak. The downside to the separate ordering and pickup window system inside a store is the lack of personalization, not just here, i.e. won’t get asked if the amount of syrup was okay.(Was two pumps too much.) Too bad that we did not have an option to linger had we wanted to. [NOTE: Rewards program not in effect here. I am bummed because at the point of signup, at a CBT store on 3rd St in LA, I was not told that it was a pilot program. Since signing up, I have been to two other locations where their Rewards program was not being piloted. I would had chosen independent shops to stop in at had I known this detail ahead of time. The Coffee Bean app has been uninstalled. I also received a Unilocal Note from J.N. also clarifying the pilot program, just today, before this review was posted. Yes, J.N., I left, after my three week visit in Cali, not a very happy, now former customer.]

This location is so spacious! Plenty of seating and outlets, great for studying. Not too chilly and don’t forget the $ 1 off large drink check in offer on weekdays!

I just want to take a moment and recognize Devon the barista for being absolutely incredible, funny, and friendly today. I came in this afternoon needing a place to «camp out» while I edited some music. Devon was behind the counter and went above and beyond. Rather than just being complacent and taking my order, she took the time to crack jokes with me, and was genuinely friendly. I’ve never had a poor experience at CB&TL and it is because the employees here, all of them, really do rock. Not to mention the coffee selection and tea selection here is spot on. Thanks for making my day just a bit happier.

If you are in town and don’t have much time but want a great experience and great coffee then this is the place. This coffee shop is worth going to. There was plenty of seating both inside and out. Plugs — there was an outlet at table height by the table I was sitting at, previous Unilocal reviews were saying there were many outlets but I didn’t look around to see. I was there for 3 hours and there was a constant line of customers, to me this says good choice and great place to get coffee. My order: Black Forrest ice blended drink, this drink is very addicting and any size would be too small. A chocolate-cherry delight made from our delicious coffee extract blended with Special Dutch™ chocolate powder, milk, chocolate covered espresso beans, maraschino cherries and ice then topped with whipped cream Bali Blue Moon cup of coffee and refills were $ 1/ea

Waking up at 5 to get to work on time has taken a toll on my mind, body, and soul but as much as I love coffee, I’ve been trying to cut it out because I’m trying to lose weight. However, I was in deep need of an afternoon pick me up so I decided that it was time I needed to get some caffeine in my system. THEDETAILS: Located in The Village right next to Yogurtland and other various stores. It’s a really beautiful location that overlooks the street if you’re sitting the bar and you can also sit outside in the back as well. I believe there’s street parking but I walked here from my work. This Coffee Bean is pretty big on the inside; plenty of space and seating to do your homework and whatnot. I came around lunch time and it wasn’t busy. The baristas are friendly and fast. Coffee Bean drinks are usually pretty pricey. THEDRINK: I ordered the regular ice coffee blended with coconut almond milk and NSA(no sugar added) vanilla powder. Since it was a hot day, I didn’t just want an iced drink but and ice blended drink. It was sweet but not overly sweet and with the right amount of caffeine to wake me up but not make me crash. I was also excited to find out they had almond milk as well! It was $ 5 for a regular… pretty expensive but it’s because of the almond milk. THEEND? Overall, a good experience and I will be back for whenever I need a pick me up.

White Chocolate Latte! Best drink hands down. Free wifi that logs you off every 2 hrs for a «coffee break». Lots of tables and seating for studying, but it does get busy. Outlets scattered around the café. Must enter a code to use the bathroom. Annoying back door that makes a sucking air noise every time someone opens it. Are we being sucked into different dimension here?
