Kyle with Swag NW was totally super awesome. My company is launching a new branch of the business and wanted to introduce the branding to the other employee’s with pretty short notice. So, we called up and Kyle and he had mock ups for T-​shirt available within the first hour and was able to complete our order of 20 T-​shirts in about 4 days. He was super kind and understanding and worked hard to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. And what we got was great! It was exactly what we needed! Thanks, Kyle!

Our groomsmen dropped out on us a week before the wedding. We had personalized t-​shirts for the whole bridal party that we ordered online months ago. We brought the T-​shirt in here to see of they could make it look the same but with a different name on it. She was so sweet and helpful! They had it done right on time and it looked EXACTLY like the old one! The new groomsmen never knew! Totally will come back!

This company is hands down one of the best companies I have ever had the pleasure of working with. For my dad’s retirement party, I wanted to do something very special for him. I wanted to get shirts made for my immediate family. From the first call I ever made into the store, Lynn was energetic, friendly, and so excited to help. Fast forward to a couple weeks later when the entire project was finished, and I had 26 gorgeous shirts made for the party, all because of the hard work of Lynn. The retirement party will be remembered forever and the shirts meant the world to my father. What means the world to me is that Lynn was so incredibly easy to work with. I would go into the store to talk about the project, check on the project, etc. and Lynn never once got annoyed, frustrated, etc. Any normal person easily could have!!! Hands down I will never go anywhere else to get shirts made, and I am hoping I need shirts made for something so I have an excuse to go back in :)

Hands down one of the most helpful, straightforward vendors we have ever dealt with. We had a product need and a super tight timeframe. We were told by other like businesses that we contacted that it would not be possible. Not only did Lynn make it possible and had our order done on time, she also used her experience to enhance the design of our order, (turned out a lot better than we had envisioned). What a perfect example of a quality product and exceptional customer service!
