Established in 2014.
Dr. Brett Sullivan is a native Oregonian. He completed his undergraduate degree at University of Washington and dental degree at the Oregon Health and Sciences University. After completing dental school he directly entered into a dual degree Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency program at the University of Missouri — Kansas City. It is there that he obtained both his medical degree from the School of Medicine and his Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery certificate. During this training he also received his 12 month General Surgery certificate, Neurosurgery training and Anesthesiology training. Dr. Sullivan is board –certified specialist, Diplomate of the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.

Dr. Sullivan holds active certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support and Advanced Trauma Life Support. His scope of practice is broad due to comprehensive training in maxillofacial surgical procedures.
