Ferguson

Took all day to get to the right Fergusons with bath and showers in stock. Had great service at the first two in Vancouver and Gresham. The one with the showers, was in Clackamas. Littt le to no service or assistance despite my spending a small fortune there. I was told to «go look at what we have» Had to sort through a yard of about 50 tubs. Found the two I wanted and then was told that a shower bath combo was «sold to someone else already» even though there were about 20 of them out there. I comprimised after having driven all the way there, and purchased two tubs showers and multiple plumbing supplies. Was then offered no assistance in loading them or instructions on what works for packing them. They then fell off the truck on I 84. part o that was my fault, but only one small part of the shower fell off and broke. I went back to buy that part, but was told that I had to buy the entire shower again. There was no remorse for having no one to assist me in loading, or to tell me the best way to pack them on a trailer. Partly my fault, but the lack of customer service or concern seemed horrible to me. I had to buy the entire shower again, they gave it to me at cost. If I didn’t have a whole day into it 7 plus hours, and a plumber waiting for the install, I would have brought everything back. No respect or service from this store, I’ll never go back.
