Last week I attended a free BBQ for commercial customers. These guys are great! They are trying to get contractors to look to them for purchasing tools instead of just electrical supplies and the BBQ open house was a great idea. I make purchasing decisions for my employer and that also includes the tools we use. They have very good pricing on tools and at the event it was cost + 10% I think, and was a very very good deal. In this economy, price does really matter more than it used to, I used to base most of my decisions on customer service, but this place has both!
