History

Established in 2002.

I started out as a shop at home service in Bend, OR. I have been featured in several multi-​million dollar homes on the Tour of Homes in Central OR throughout the years there. Clientele ranges greatly though and I am sensitive to budget needs and work to help people achieve what they want within their personal range. Custom does not have to be out of reach.

After several years in Bend, I relocated to the Portland area four years ago. I say that blinds are in my blood and I love meeting wonderful people and seeing their homes, their style and learning a little about who they are. I like the creative side of window coverings in helping with color selections and talking design. Combining creativity with the mechanics and workings, gives clients a wonderful end result. I guarantee the measurements for your windows. People tell me all the time how nice it is to have the window covering fit exactly into the opening and for it to do what it was supposed to do.

I love being in business for myself! I feel like Divine Window Décor brings together all of the things that I enjoyed throughout the years. I have always been creative and mechanincally inclined. I have sewn clothes, built barns, helped my Dad in the shop, canned food, grown gardens.

I love business. I had my first business when I was about 9 years old with my sister. We made potholders with looms and went door to door to sell them. Great fun back in the day when that was safe. I have had other business ventures through the years too.

I have high attention to detail and that has helped me with being exact. I like being positive and wanting the best for people.

I will work hard for you to make this a fun, no stress process in selecting your window coverings and taking care of you for years to come.
