Le is an amazing barber! I have 3 boys that come here to get their haircuts and my teenage boys are very picky. He very patient, kind and does precision work which is hard to come by!

Great flat top.
I am very particular about my flat top. I normally do not go outside of my local barber shop to get my hair cut but I was up in Citrus Heights for a reunion and need a cut pretty badly. I was not disappointed. If you want a quality flat-​top, give them a try.

I was approached by a Vietnamese lady at a local shopping center with an add for her services at the location mentioned. The add offered 40% off, the lady introduced her self as Mindy and seemed very pleasant and really about her business, she stated she recently relocated from Indiana, so I thought I’d give her a shot because she seemed pleasant, looked clean and stated that she would do a great job for me. (Even though I already knew it wasn’t in the best area) When I got there, the chair was in disrepair, so I had to lay down the whole time while this bright light was shining in my eyes. She only had about 10 colors to pick from, she didn’t even scrub my my feet that good, or massaged good at all. She said that she would fix her chair next time, and she would get a better scrubber next time, and next time she would do everything better. I am just not going next time, wait she dried my nails with a news paper too. So yea, while I was there I saw few men get hair cuts by an older lady and a middle age man they were cutting great.

My 90 year old Father had the best haircut and trim that he’s had in years! thank you Judy! Flawless. …professional, friendly and reasonably priced. When she was finished, the customers said «wow» in unison! Lucky Day for us! Even the music was nice!

Fast, friendly, and affordable. Difficult to find good barbers. So I’m glad I found this place.

Great place! I had been getting my high & tight at other barbershops for years… I was rarely happy with the end result. The fade was always uneven and/​or lopsided. It came to a point where I just ended up giving myself the ol’ buzz cut.
One day I was driving down San Juan and decided to stop in and give ProTech a try… wow! I was so impressed! Not only did he cut my hair to perfection, but he also offered a shampoo and wash! Well worth the 5 bucks when you can’t go right home to shower… with the haircut and shampoo, it came out less then any other barbershop I have been to.
Not only does he cut my hair perfect, but he also cuts my 4 year old sons hair and it comes out perfect as well! I have been in 8 times now and I’m always happy with his haircuts.

Got my hair cut there and happy for the outcome. Very friendly service and over all the cut is great and the guy who is the owner did my hair. The store is just changed hands and provides a quality for hair cut. He only do the hair cut for men and children. I am very picky with my hair cut and he only charged me for $ 8 for the hair cut and I gave me another $ 5.00 for the tip. It is still cheap!

This awesome new barber place in our neighbor. Great Barber and great Cut, clean shop and great service. My boys are very happy with the cut. I got 20% Off and only pay $ 16 for my two boys.
