These guys are total professionals and they do exceptional quality work. We use them regularly for our property management company projects.

One of our projects this summer was fencing our yard for keeping out the deer and keeping in the dog. We called 4 companies to get estimates. Linmoore was just a bit more expensive than the cheapest one, but in line with what we thot it should cost, and Jay gave me the feeling that they knew what they were doing as fencing was their long time business. There was some back and forth as I got all the bids and then finally chose the exact configuration for how we wanted the fencing to go. I made the decision to go with this company and after some back and forth with them, due to some office staff shuffling, we got the contract and signed. Scheduling the work was based on how our other projects were going and we made a date far out from the contract signing, which wasn’t a problem for them. Then when our other project got delayed they were able to send a team out earlier, helping us. There was a break for them to build the gates, and then they scheduled their return around our other project. Dan and Troy who came to do the fence were friendly, answered any questions I had and when there was a esthetic change I wanted due to pole heights that looked odd, Dan changed it, even agreeing with me that it looked much better. He worked with me thruout the whole process to ensure that we were happy with what they were doing, made suggestions in places that made sense, and was easy to work with.

I contacted Linmoore Fencing to install a 100′ by 54′ 8′ chain link on my property. The fence is for my garden and I need it to keep the legions of deer out. The quote was competitive and the work was outstanding. The work was completed in 2 days and it is quality. Linmoore will be my first call for my next fencing project.

I had to add about 500′ of iron fence with 3 gates on some existing fence. I needed it done in a hurry as we had our lab staying with family until our new home was ready for him. After receiving a a bid that seemed somewhat high from a different company, I had Linmoore recommended by a pool company I’m working with. Jay showed up exactly on time and we walked the area that needed fencing. He explained (very clearly) different option for the given job and some things that would save money if that was my priority. He was very friendly & direct and by the end of the conversation I asked him if he had an idea of cost give or take a 1000 dollars. He gave me what he thought the price would be on the spot (which was 35% less than my first quote). I followed that up by asking a start & finish date which then he gave me «when he thought it would be done» and if «they ran into any problems» finish date.
I felt very good about the exchange & I hired them on the spot. From that point forward they did everything exactly as was promised from when they would be starting and finishing and they also came in at the price agreed upon. (I did add some extra ornamentation on the gates which did cost extra.)
Their workers were incredible. It was a 2 man team that was fast, efficient, very respectful and extremely responsive to minor tweeks that I requested as the project was being completed. The fence & gates looks fantastic! Just a great experience from start to finish. I can highly recommend their company!

After many phone calls to different companies and doing price comparison, the company I work for decided to hire Linmoore Fencing to put in a new chain link fence.
There were a few minor hiccups during the installation process but they apologized and made things right in the end.
They are responsive and got the job done efficiently. We would definitely recommend Linmoore Fencing for future reference.

I worked with Linmoore Fencing on a residential fencing project for an iron fence. I got three bids and Linmoore was in line with all of them, but I liked that they were willing to bend the fence to curve to fit my driveway nicely, which the others didn’t offer. The team was very knowledgeable on their product.
I ordered my custom fencing with them, and then my project got delayed for 6+ months due to some permitting issues. The team at Linmoore was very patient with me while I handled my permit issues, even through the fencing had already been fabricated.
The fence was installed exactly as discussed, and it was done quickly and looks great! The crew was professional, and had attention to detail during the installation.
I am pleased with the finished product including the color of the iron fence and how it was curves to fit the driveway perfectly.

I requested a bid for a front entry gate. The gate was to be a plain looking gate with a locking mechanism for security. No frills, no gingerbread, just a plain old vanilla gate.
I emailed photos of the entry and dimensions necessary to effectuate the bid. I also spoke to Janet at Linmoore Fencing Company twice by telephone.

I would never do business with a company like this simply because their prices are not even close to being reasonable.

Our iron fence is a little over 3 years old. I was pretty happy with it, as it looks great, until about a year ago. It became very difficult to close and open – the latch and gate didn’t line up anymore. We procrastinated about calling for repair, but always thought Linmoore would stand behind their products. Well, no. They don’t after the 1 year warranty period. They won’t even send someone over to look at the fence/​gate to tell us what needs to be done without charging a service fee – about $ 150. (I would have been happy with someone coming to take a look to tell us what it would cost)
Iron gates are heavy. It would seem that they would require adjustments now and then. This is not something they offer without incurring extra fees. So, be very careful when deciding on an iron fence/​gate. Ask about adjustments. We didn’t realize this would be an issue. Now we do – you do too.
A fence/​gate should last longer than 3 years. I am not a happy customer. I will hire someone else to do the adjustment and the new staircase I would have hired Linmoore to do next year. Silly, they lost a few thousand over the lack of a courtesy call.
