Established in 1993.

This practice was established by Dr. Tse in 1993 and has a long history in the Citrus Heights community. Dr Winger joined the practice in 2009, and worked along side Dr Tse. Recently Dr Tse retired and passed the torch to Dr Winger, who continues to uphold the highest standard of care.

Business Owner

Dr. Justin Winger graduated from the University of the Pacific Dental School in San Francisco. He completed his residency at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine. Recently, Dr. Winger has served the orphans of Malawi (Africa) through a Harvard based non-​profit, as well as other dental missions to the Philippines and Ecuador. Dr. Winger is an outdoor enthusiast and enjoys motorcycles, mountaineering, and biking.

Dr. Winger is an active member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, and the Sacramento District Dental Society.
