Dr. Silvera was attentive to my issues and my needs. It was my first visit to a chiropractic office. I was a little nervous, but was put at ease very quickly. I definitely recommend this office to anyone having any aches or pains. The staff is welcoming and very friendly.

Dr. Burns is amazing!
My family and I have been seeing him for over 20 years and he’s still the best chiropractor in Roseville. He utilizes multiple modalties as they are needed during your adjustment, whether its the traction machine before your adjustment, ultrasound, thumper, whatever you need. And his adjustments are powerful and thorough. I know I will feel better and in alignment with just one adjustment which is what I appreciate so much about him.
No frills, gets you back up on your feet, is extremely accommodating and doesn’t try to sell you on lifetime care. He has been incredibly successful running his business like this which is why he is still in business for over 30 years.
i will travel all the way from the Bay Area just to see him. I appreciate his conversations and candor, and has a great sense of humor. So to the review below written by the dumb dumb who decided to call twice and ask for Walgreens, you were met with the wit and charm that is Dr. Burns. Stop wasting people’s time BTW.
Three cheers for Dr. Burns. He is the only chiropractor you will ever need. I wish more docs were like him!

Dr. Burns takes the time to get to know the symptoms of his patients issues before beginning any therapy treatment. His office is well equipped with therapy equipment to help in the healing process in addition to his expertise in spinal issues.
I have never had any chiropractor take the time and effort that Dr. Burns provided to make the visit so successful in eliminating a lower back pain that refused to go away. There is no pressure at any point to ask patients to make monthly visits, etc., the doctor genuinely wants to help patients in any way possible, and to make them feel comfortable and welcome in his office.
Fees for visiting the doctor are very reasonable and any x-​rays are an option that you choose. The entire experience of visiting Dr. Burns office was very positive and successful. I highly recommend you consider visiting this facility if you want a quality chiropractic experience with a very professional doctor.
