I purchased a dress from this boutique through pre-​owned wedding
. Senyia was really great and answered all questions that I had. She even took the time to talk to me on the phone to make sure I would be happy with this dress and was honest with me as to why it had not sold in their store. (The dress had a champagne underlay, and she said brides in California just don’t go for that color.) This was my third wedding dress purchase (long stories) and I can Finally say that I LOVE my dress! I ESPECIALLY love the color. They have fantastic customer service. I paid for the dress, and within 8 days, I received my dress from California to Alabama. If you’re considering purchasing one of the many online dresses they have available, I highly recommend them!

This is an updated review. I just wanted to give more praise to Sandra. She was always available to email me back when I had questions about my dress or payments. When I came in to do a payment, she was always so nice and cheerful, even when she was getting over a cold. I am so happy I got to meet her. And I must say, getting the call from her to let me know my dress was in, was very exciting. Thank you Sandra!

After all the long days of shopping at other bridal galleries, the hunt for my perfect wedding dress stops here! Thank you ladies for your kindness and patients! I will most definitely recommend your location in the future!

I had a wonderful experience! I had a mishap with a dress I bought at another store and when I walked into Diamond Bridal Gallery they were so kind and helpful.
I didn’t have an appointment and I was panicked because I had one month before my wedding. I found the most beautiful dress unlike any I saw anywhere else and they altered it for me to perfection!
Everyone there is so nice and genuine and makes you feel really special. I didn’t receive that kind of attention anywhere else. This is the best bridal store hands down!

They made it so easy to find a dress at this boutique! They were so helpful and so nice, Sandra was very accommodating when I wanted to try on dresses. She helped me figure out what looked best on my body and made me feel so comfortable trying on dresses with her. She made sure I felt beautiful and comfortable in what ever dress I tried on. She was great at reading my facial expressions when I would try a dress on and absolutely loved it or hated it. She was not pushy at all, which I know at some stores they can be very sales oriented. She helped me pick out the perfect veil to go with my dress and hair accessories as well! All in all I feel like this was the most positive experience I could’ve had trying on and picking my wedding dress. Thank you Sandra! I will definitely be recommending you to my friends and family! They were also very helpful in helping to stay in my budget and were not outrageously over priced.

This was the first bridal shop that I came to to look for a potential dress. They were very responsive and helpful. They have a large variety of dresses. When I found the dress I wanted they were very excited and willing to alter my dress to the way I wanted. Within one month I found my dress, added a corset, altered to my exact size and added the bustles. It was all finished two weeks before my wedding. Amazing service. I would suggest them to any bride to be.

This place and the women are AMAZING. I went into the shop in January after attending the bridal expo at Cal Expo. Lilly was super helpful and very attentive. I knew exactly what dress I wanted and the store was able to order it that day. The price was perfect; I was almost $ 600 under my budget (which was nice so that I could spend the extra money on my cathedral veil, petticoat rental, and bustles). I was told the dress would arrive in June (perfect timing for my August 22, 2015 wedding date); instead the dress arrived in March! Fantastic! It allowed me additional time to try on the dress with shoes, different bras, different jewelry! Sandra helped me during every visit with alterations/​recommendations. My visits were always fast and the ladies were always on time. They remembered me, my maid of honor and my mother in law! How nice is that to be greeted by name on every visit! I loved every visit and will definitely return when I need an evening gown for a special night out! I would highly recommend this place to anyone I know getting married who is looking for a wedding dress, bridesmaid dresses and accessories. The prices are competitive, the hours of operation of flexible and the customer service is on point! Thank you Seniya and Sandra for making my wedding a dream come true!

I found this place on google and had no idea it existed. I was pleasantly surprised with the dress selection! Everything was organized by price range so we knew exactly where to look. I found MY dress and I can’t wait until spring to wear it! Thé Customer service was great and my consultant was so helpful! She was so sweet and helpful. Her name is Sandra. I really love this shop. I highly recommend this place!

After going to 3 other stores, I finally purchased my dress at Diamond Bridal Gallery during the Mori Lee trunk show. They have a huge open store layout with several racks of dresses and large dressing rooms. There was plenty of space for my guests to sit and watch me try on dresses. Other places try to crowd you in with other brides. This place has separate areas for each bride. The customer service was amazing. I never felt rushed, and they let me take my time wearing the dress and trying it on with different belts. The dresses were gorgeous. Prices are very reasonable. Service excellent. Highly recommended!

I found my wedding dress at Diamond Bridal Gallery last weekend during the sample sale. They had a good selection of lace dresses, which is what I was interested in. Masha and Sandra were very friendly, helpful, and patient with me. This was my first stop for dress shopping and I didn’t expect to leave with a dress. At the end of the day, I couldn’t leave without the dress because I had a gut feeling that it was the perfect one. I am thankful that the girls were understanding and helped me to set up a payment plan. I was happy with the service there and would definitely suggest taking a look at what they have to offer.

I found my dress here! I had a personal consultant named Sandra. She was very nice and helpful. I originally had appointment at 3 but wanted to come a little earlier so they were able to get me in at 2:30. The rooms are big and private. I went during the sample sale. There was a lot to choose and I liked how they separated the dresses by price range so no need to guess. I did not feel rushed. I would recommend this bridal store to future brides.
I forgot to mention that since I made the appointment last min, I went on my own. The consultant was kind enough to take pictures for me.

I had previously went to another bridal boutique but they weren’t attentive and their dresses were a little on the expensive side. I went to Diamond Bridal and Sandra took very care of me. I came in to browse and she was ready to put me in a dress. I had never tried on a dress before so I didn’t know what to expect. She brought options for me to see what I like we talked about my budget and we scheduled a appointment (keep in mind, my six year old was with me which was no issue for them). When I returned, she had dresses ready for me to try on. She knew what I wanted and I found my dress! Omg, I fell in love and more deeply in love when she told me the price! It was so much lesser than my budget. The staff took care and helped out also. Everyone was awesome! They made sure every detail of dress and the look was on point!!! Such a great experience.

What an amazing bridal store!
Let me start off by saying the girls here are incredible, very helpful, fun and know their stuff. The dresses are gorgeous and the prices are perfect. They can make it all happen. I was never rushed or pressured they let me take my time.
I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a wedding gown.
This place deserves more than 5 stars and I can’t help but recommend this shop to everyone.

I saw advertisements for this place everywhere, so I just had to share my experience.
Supposedly, walk-​ins are welcome… But as soon as I swung the door open, I was greeted with: «Do you have an appointment?» (By the way, it was in the middle of a weekday and there was only one other customer inside).
The rest of our conversations went like this:
Her: «What kind of dress do you like or not like?»
Me: «I like a sweetheart neckline and I do not like ball gowns.»
Her: «How about this one?» (High neckline)
Me: «No…»
Her: «How about this one?» (Ball gown)
Me: «No…»
Her: «Okay, how about you pick some and I’ll set up your fitting room?»
After picking a dress and trying it on…
Her: «Oh, that’s so pretty. It looks so elegant and would be perfect for your venue. Do you want to get it?» (I never even told her about my venue)
Me: «Thanks, but I’m only looking today.»
Her: «Okay, do you want to schedule an appointment to get it this weekend?»
Me: «I’ll have to check when my mom is available to come with me, so I’ll give you a call.»
Her: «I can put you down for Saturday morning and then we can reschedule if your mom is busy.»
Me: «Really, it’s okay, I’ll just figure it out with her and call when we’re ready.»
Her: «I’ll just do it anyway and you can call if you need to reschedule.»
The good news is, I left and never had to deal with anyone so inattentive or pushy anywhere else.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Diamond Bridal Gallery. The wedding party ordered the bridesmaid dresses (Mori Lee) from their shop. We compared the cost of our dress with other dress shops and we clearly saved anywhere from $ 75 – 100 on the same exact dress. Their prices could not be beat! We received the dresses and they were too small to no fault of the dress shop. We were worried that we were going to have to pay excess alteration fees and to our surprise we didn’t. Seniya was wonderful to work with; she had all of the alterations done for FREE. The wedding was yesterday and everyone LOVED our dresses. I’ve never received so many compliments on a maid-​of-​honor dress. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a dress.

Of course finding your wedding dress is one of the most important thing to a bride. After going to 3 other places I thought I knew what I wanted. Then my mom said, «hey let’s check out diamond bridal gallery» I called in to see if they could squeeze me in on my only Saturday off and Seniya was more than accommodating! She let me try whatever I wanted and was so patient even though I was extremely indecisive. She even waited for me after store hours until I was beyond satisfied with my decision. It was by far the best experience I’ve had! Definitely try them! I know I will be coming back to choose from their wide selection of bridesmaid dresses! If you want an amazing consultant, request Seniya!

I absolutely loved Diamond Bridal. Their dresses are beautiful. So helpful and nice. Masha was so sweet and I look forward to returning to there new place.

Pretty hard to find! We drove right by in in the little strip mall style shopping center it is in. The consultant we had (Maria) was very sweet and great at selecting the right gowns for me according to what I asked for. She was respectful of my price range and at first seemed a little «sales-​pitchy» but was actually not too bad once we got into the appointment. She even pulled a few options that were WAY below my budget just to keep my options open. I am plus sized (²⁴⁄₂₆ ish) and had quite a few options to try on. I haven’t decided on my dress yet, but Maria was great and very willing to accommodate me.

I was very impressed with the service I received yesterday at Diamond Bridal Gallery. Maria set the standard pretty high for my first wedding gown shopping experience. This place is the first of two bridal salons that I went to yesterday (the other being House of Fashion which I will review as well). I think I tried on about 6 gowns, 4 of them which I liked a lot, but not sure if i LOVED any of them. I loved how Maria helped me put on the dresses and clipped me pretty tightly in each of them. She also gave me some good advice on wedding gown shopping.
I have to thank my friends who told me to try the smaller boutiques as I would get better service, which I did. I always thought the smaller boutique stores would only carry higher end gowns, but this place a little bit of everything. I definitely tried a Jasmine dress as well as a Pronovia
I had such a wonderful experience that I wouldn’t hesitate to refer this shop.
