Curves circuit with Zumba classes are also available through a certified instructor multiple times each week. Areas served by this club include Citrus Heights and Fair Oaks.

History

Established in 2013.

Denise Jacks (owner /​manager) was a personal coach and certified Zumba instructor at the Antelope Curves facility for over four years. She then purchased the Citrus Heights franchise in August 2013 and relocated the club from 8071 Greenback Lane to 5489-​G Sunrise Blvd (former Weight Watchers space behind Benihana).

Business Owner

Denise grew up in the Sacramento area and is the youngest of three sisters. After school, she held various professional positions in banking /​title and married in her mid-​twenties. Although Denise has two young boys, she still managed to start a health and fitness career with Curves in 2009. Denise is passionate about encouraging and mentoring women to set and achieve personal goals through exercise and weight loss programs.
