I went in to the store to get a new phone and switch my service over from Verizon. the phone selection was quite vast and I wasn’t sure exactly what phone to purchase… eddie and luseano were very knowledgeable and helped me chose the best phone that fit my needs I ended up getting the galaxy s5 with a plan, insurance, a case, and screen protector for less then the sticker price of the phone this store has killer deals! and there customer service was excellent!!! this store is my one stop shop thanks guys! ps those guys have sone nice cars over there every time I go in it looks like car show.

Have been a boost girl for about three years and have had ZERO satisfactory customer service, I mean the absolute worst of the worst. I have been yelled at, stolen from and treated like trash by many service clerks at many stores its like a bunch of dope dealers run them all. Until I found these guys. Imagine a Boost Rep who actually gives a shit and wants to help, well Jose is that guy. He is efficient pleasant and cares how you feel when your there and how happy you are with your purchase. His manager is also a great guy(Please forgive me I forgot his Italian name, how embarrassing) a nice man with good business skills he is professional and courteous and I enjoyed the little time I spent there with them both.

I had to get a replacement phone due to the data service not working on my phone. The replacement came and I had the same issues. I went through numerous troubleshooting steps within all levels of Boost Technical Support. They couldn’t do anything for me except to say to go to a Boost store. I called Gotem and they said to bring the phone by. Eddie helped us get the phone working properly again. Both Eddie and his co-worker were very helpful and polite. They helped me with an issue that frankly should have been taken care of over the phone with Boost. Thanks Eddie!
