Established in 2003.

CATO Termite & Pest Control was founded by Tom Murry & his wife Carole. Tom started teaching his son Luke the ins & outs of pest control service when Luke was in his teens. In 2009, Luke graduated high school & became fully licensed and insured to operate on his own. A few of his high school friends were hired full time & trained to provide trusted service to a growing customer base. They remain with the company today as service technicians. We are also training a few part time employees. We are a family company dedicated to providing your family the same service and professionalism we look for in other businesses, and maintaining a high level of service as we continue to grow our company.

Business Owner

Tom Murry entered the Pest Control business with a friend who owned his own pest control company in 1998, having been in business management for a decade prior. He quickly learned the ins and outs of the trade and in 2003 decided to open his own company, Cato Termite & Pest Control. Tom & his wife started the company, with Tom handling field operations working 7 days a week. Carole managed the marketing and administrative ends of the company. Tom put his time in crawling through attics and crawlspaces and built a loyal customer base through hard work and great service. Now the company has grown to include Tom’s son & two of his friends. Tom manages the team: Tom’s son Luke, and his friends Rich & Rufus work full time, with a few part timers in the wings.
