I’ve been here three times and I’ve had good experiences each time. While they couldn’t resolve some issues that were out of their control on one of my visits, they did inform me of some other options that led to a solution.

I’ve been to this location, and had ok experiences in the past. Today, however, I ran in just to buy a new screen protector (a relatively quick transaction). I stood there for 15 minutes, trying to make eye contact with one of the associates. They were relatively busy, which I understand– but not a single employee would even acknowledge my presence. It isn’t that hard to just say «welcome, we’ll be with you in 15 minutes,» or something to that effect. Also, there should be a system for customers who just need quick purchases (maybe ring them out while downloading something on another person’s phone, etc.). I ended up just walking out because they employees didn’t seem to care that I walked in. Probably won’t be back to this particular location.

I found the people there to be very rude and not helpful. They were very condescending almost laughing asking questions that I clearly knew the answer to. They were pushing me to buy an expensive phone/​plan upgrade and had I not known better, they would have gotten a lot of money. I can only imagine the people they’ve worked that on before.

Last week I bought a over priced screen guard and had to take it back to have a new one put on because it had been defective. So the man forgot to put my case back on after he replaced the plastic I drove all the way home before I noticed and called them immediately. The lady who answered said that I forgot and left it there and I said no the man must have took it off and forgot to put it on so I had to drive all the way back there when I came in there was no apology or anything for my inconvenience and again placed the blame on me! I will never go back there they are worse than a used car salesman if you ask me
