The restaurant itself is nice, service was fine, but we just didn’t like the food. We have only been here once… I ordered the small pesto cavatappi and my husband got the japanese pan noodles with chicken. His was better than mine, but they were both really bland and greasy. Our noodles honestly tasted like nothing, and I can very easily make something better at home. The food was cheap and fast, but I don’t think I will be coming here again.

Noodles and company is great for carb lovers everywhere(and even non carb lovers considering they have salads…). I come here very often for something quick to go or to sit down. Noodles serves food fast but I don’t consider it fast food. The atmosphere and service combined is great. I always get the penne rosa with no mushrooms and I add grilled chicken. It is a tad spicy than normal red sauce but I love it. especially the spinach. The first time I got another penne dish and didn’t like it. If you want something«Italian» id go with this. You can add a side salad for about $ 1 too but there isn’t much on it and I could do without it on most visits even though their balsamic vin is the bomb. They have other types of noodles(pad Thai for example) but I haven’t tried it. There is something for everyone!

Went here with my family awhile ago: Service was quick and pleasant, ordering at the counter before sitting down and having your food brought to you, though there was a bit of confusion with some substituting. There seem to be a decent selection of options, all very affordable, and all sounding pretty tasty. The problem is at the end there — they’re not that tasty! All 4 of us were disappointed with our meals, and we all sampled one another’s food to find the same reaction: very bland, often underseasoned, over-cooked meat, etc. This was the quintessential«fast-casual» experience, done very poorly. This is the danger of every one trying to be «the next Chipotle» where we pay cheap prices for cheaply executed food, dumped from a freezer bag into a steam bath and ladled out by someone that doesn’t care about the product. Maybe it’s worth another shot to see if we just landed on the 4 bum spots in the menu, but I doubt that. 2 stars because the place was clean, prices cheap, and staff are polite and helpful.

Usually, the food is decent but the wait is long. Tonight, we got 2 things we ordered, 2 things we didn’t order. Bummed!

the food quality has gone down the last three times I have gone. Some of the Vegetables tasted like they have been frozen and noodles soggy. I had to spit out a piece of mushroom because it was rubbery and tasted horrible. Not worth the $ 9 for meat & noodle dish and drink. I would expect at least a descent chicken breast not a George Foreman chicken pancake Total rip off.

This is a great place to get a fast ad hearty meal. The prices really represent how much food you are going to get. Noodle & Co is great when you’re looking for a fast meal. And their take out boxes are definitely reusable! The Pad Thai is a MUST try!

It is a nice place if you are looking for a fast food restaurant type. The service is not bad and the food is good.

One of my all-time favorite quick and easy carry-out spots! Everything is fresh and delicious. The penne rosa with Parmesan-crusted chicken and feta cheese is my go-to for those nights I don’t feel like cooking, and have no idea what else to pick up to eat.

This is one of my go-to spot for something quick. Food comes out fast and delicious. Prices are great and I like to order another for my lunch the next day. Add a side salad for a $ 1?

We’ve been back to Noodles & Compnay a few more times over the last couple of years, during which the chain has juggled its menu and business model slightly, and somewhat for the better. Or maybe it just seems more tolerable in comparison to the latest lame-o fast-food pasta concept across the way at Hyde Park Plaza.(That would be Piada, home of «Italian Street Food» that you incongruously consume in a strip shopping center in a very slick, stripped-down generic modern environment that almost every new restaurant of its sort is required to have in the 2010s.) This is not to say that Noodles & Company is any great shakes. But the restaurant has ditched the overly schematic ethnic noodle charts that used to make up its menu. There are now a couple of straightforward Italian-style pasta dishes that are fresher, simpler, and a bit tastier than what I recall from my three-year-old original review.(That’s not say that I haven’t had another item or two that had that murky, processed flavor profile I’d had before.) There is also a little more attention from the staff on the floor, which may be annoying to some diners but seems to me to tamp down the fast-food feel a bit more. And in general, the staff is quite pleasant and efficient here. Bottom line: A bit boring, but not a bad deal for a semi-nutritious quick meal out, which can be frustrating to look for in Cincinnati. Anyway, based on the last couple of visits, two stars seems a little harsh. Call it 2.75, rounded up. UPDATE(12⁄15): The side salads, which had been a great deal, have been shrunk down to a microscopic portion. Still, an OK add-on. Some of the Asian-inspired dishes are painfully bland.

I’ve been here a few times to 2 of their locations(Hyde Park & Kenwood) & have always had a good experience. I usually get the Japanese noodles with steak. Yummy! Their cucumber & tomato salad is great as well.

People have raved about this place… and I’ve given it multiple chances… but I’m just not a fan of this place. The noodles are usually dry and the sauces are often bland. Do not be fooled. Don’t waste your money, specifically, if you’re craving macaroni and cheese. The simple and fancy ones take like plain cream and no flavor. Gross.

Noodles and Company is a great middle ground between a sit down restaurant experience and fast food. I am a fan of the tofu peanut satay and occasionally a giant cookie or rice krispy treat to indulge. Service is fast, friendly, and responsive to any issues you may have. I only wish there was a Noodles close to my house!(The westside needs some love, folks!)

What a great concept this place is! I love pasta and I love fast pasta. My favorite dish here are the Japanese Pan Noodles with steak. Just the right amount of spicy and sweet for me. A regular dish, with a soft drink, will put you back about $ 8 a person so it makes for an inexpensive lunch for what you get. I would recommend coming here for lunch while out shopping or running errands on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon. You can get in, sit down, and enjoy your lunch without having to sit in your car and eat. Also, be sure to look at the menu really good before coming. There are so many options and it can be VERY overwhelming for someone who has never been there before.

This fast food restaurant is located just across Kenwood Mall. Nothing crazy special about it, but it’s a good place to get yummy noodles(duh) and other simple pasta dishes. Being the Asian that I am, I obviously had to try their Pad Thai. It was nowhere near as good as the one at Simply Thai(in Louisville) but it was good enough for the price. My husband got the mac and cheese with some pulled pork bbq on top, that was also good. What I like about this place is that they have something for everyone. They have American, Asian, and Mediterranean dishes. They also offer small and regular sized dishes so you have the option of not dying for forcing yourself to finish the massive amount of food on your plate. They also have a cool computerized drink dispenser. You can mix your drinks using this high tech touch screen machine. The problem is that since you can«play» with it, the line gets long and it takes quite a while to get your drink. It’s a feel good after-shopping fast food resto. Will definitely go back if I go shopping at Kenwood Mall again.

Mmmmm… carbs. Like Jennifer D. said, this is a fast food place. Don’t expect fancy pants noodle bowls served with silver and china and a guy walking around asking if you want cheese or fresh cracked pepper. What you can expect is simple, delicious pasta with simple, delicious ingredients. My favorite is the chicken pesto pasta bowl. They give it to you hot, fast, and it’s not a bad price for the food that you get. There’s a good sized dining room so it’s good if you’re going to grab a bite with a few friends. One thing I don’t like is that it can be tricky getting into and out of the parking lot, but if you go during off-peak hours, it’s a little easier.

This place is terrible! I don’t really get it — it’s a chain that serves crappy noodles — there are so many options around(there are like 8 within 3 miles of Hyde Park) that are better. I used to be within walking distance of this location and have been there twice with no desire to go back. The first time, we were interested. Wisconsin mac and cheese — my husband loves mac n cheese, maybe a bit too much — really pulled us in. Then pushed it back out as it was bland, made with bad/tasteless cheese, and just hard to eat. It was like eating dry noodles. My noodles with marinara sauce just were sub-par — again, I just don’t think the noodles are even good. I tried again because a friend wanted to meet here. I tried the Japanese pan noodle and was again unimpressed. I can’t even remember the meal, all I remember is getting the little chopstick helpers because I thought they were cool. I didn’t finish my meal. I would go so many other places. There is SO much around here with good service and better food. Service here is non-existant, which is fine because it’s order at the counter, but it takes awhile to get(in my experience) to your table.

Healthy and great selection to choose from. I love their tofu and staff is very friendly. I don’t like the location, it’s on a busy street.
