Vulcan gives free estimates without the use of high pressure sales, repeated phone calls, or scare tactics.

History

Established in 1946.

Vulcan Waterproofing, Inc. is the only company that has been waterproofing basements continuously for over 60 years. During this time there have been 312 different companies listed as waterproofing contractors in the Yellow Pages. Under waterproofing contractors listed in the 1970 Yellow Pages, the ONLY company listed THEN and NOW is Vulcan Waterproofing, Inc. We have performed our service for more than 40,000 homeowners, many of them having been «treated» by one of the companies that came and went. As a matter of factual record, about half of the jobs we have done were unsuccessfully attempted in the past by others. We are a third generation, family owned and operated company. We are not a franchise operation. We have no side lines. We do all of our own work. We are considered to be experts by Banks, Savings & Loans, Government Agencies, and the legal profession. We work year round on nothing but existing foundations.

Cory Halpin is the son of Vulcan Waterproofing Inc. founder Bob Halpin. Cory has over 35 years experience in basement waterproofing and foundation repair. Cory is the father of three. His oldest son Eric has been working for the company for almost 15 years. Cory is an expert in basement waterproofing. He takes great pride in his work and is glad to share knowledge with the homeowners of his community.
