Mt Airy Tree & Landscp Serv

My friend recommended this tree service, but my experience was terrible. I called and left a message a couple weeks ago and a lady called me back right away, although I am not sure why she called as all she told me was that someone would call me about my quote request. A very pointless call, in my opinion. After that I sent an email detailing the exact quotes I was looking for, no response. Finally after playing phone tag with someone, we made an appt for him to come out, which bothered me because no other service needed me to be there. So I scheduled my day around this appt. and he was a no show. I texted him after 10 or 15 minutes and he let me know he would not be able to make it. This company has been a complete waste of time. The lack of customer service and professionalism is why I give them this poor rating. Please don’t waste your time.
