Live here, love it! Sold a large 4 bedroom house with 1 acre lot in No. Ky. Never have looked back. Great staff and amenities and convenient to anything downtown, stadiums or OTR. The 3 bedroom apartment floor plan is awesome and the view looking south down Sycamore is spectacular at night. If you’re looking for country quiet this place is not for you as the street noise can be loud at times but if you’re wanting to be close to the theatres, arts, quality restaurants, bars, concerts, ball games etc. this is the place to be.

I have spent a good deal of time visiting this building because I have friends who live here. I would move here in a second if I could only sell my house! The building’s location is perfect. It is only about 3 blocks from Fountain Square, which puts it close enough to walk in about 5 minutes but far enough away that the commotion of central downtown doesn’t invade your space. I love that it is half way between the Gateway Corridor and the Stadiums. There are a million food options nearby, including Arnold’s right next door. The apartments themselves are gorgeous!!! High ceilings with huge windows and updated kitchens and baths. Elevators are quick and building is well-maintained. Parking can be a little bit of an issue. You get one spot if you live here. The people I knew had to wait for a while to be able to get a second spot. Also, people visiting during the day are going to have to feed the meters. But, if you are coming in the evenings or on Sundays, the meters aren’t in effect. There are always plenty of spots to go around on the street. If I was looking for an apartment downtown, I would definitely choose this one.

For downtown living, this place is very nice. I have friends that live here and the whole interior is modern and comfortable. The lobby has a couch and the attendant is friendly and can be a little chatty at times. Occasionally there are cookies for you to eat as you make your way to the elevator. The gym is small but has all necessary machines to whip your body into shape. The views are not the best, but to the east you can check the highways and bridges for a personal traffic forecast. The rooftop patio is a great bonus. There’s even a grill for cooking. If they added a hot tub, I’d probably never leave. Arnold’s Bar is a very short walk away and this can be great if you want to grab a drink or some food. Parking in this area can be difficult depending on the time, but like much of downtown, the spots are there, you might just have to walk a few blocks.
