Piece of Cake Pastry Shop

I really hate to negatively review a bakery, because I have a major sweet tooth and I feel there’s not enough of them around town. I had seen a Busken Bakery just a little up the road but decided to pass them up in favor of trying a truly independent place. It said Greek owned, so I hoped they might have some baklava. At the very least I was thinking I’d get a slice of cheesecake since the sign out in front advertised them. Well, I walked in to find out no baklava, and that cakes and cheesecakes are only for special order :(All they have available for purchase are a variety of cookies. And while the white chocolate macadamia nut cookie I got was pretty awesome, the wedding cake cookie was just blah. And I really had my heart set on some cheesecake…
But anyway. Moral of the story — you can never go wrong with Busken
