Established in 2009.

For the owner, Harry C and CEO, Kerry C (both from San Diego) of College Source Inc., what started out as a search for an office building to relocate their staff members from Oxford, Ohio, turned into the purchase of a 3 building office park. First priority was renovating the upper level of building 1327 for College Source Inc. of Cincinnati to move into. Further renovations have been made to all buildings which is now a beautiful 10 acre campus park like setting for our tenants. Kerry Cooper, CEO of KPOP states that the office park has been a labor of love from the beginning. Anyone who has seen our beautiful koi pond tropical atrium would attest to this!
