When we walked in, 7 employees were just standing around up front. It took 3 employees to figure out where to seat us, even though the place was nearly empty. Finally, after over 10 minutes of waiting, without so much as a «be right with you,» we left. Multiple servers made eye contact with us, but no one seemed interested in our business.

I dunno what’s the deal is but I did not get to be seated. I have been siting in the lobby for about 15 minutes. The staffs has been going in and out of the entrance door(probably taking a smoke break). What’s worse you allow 2 customers to be seated before I did. I don’t care if it’s National Pancake or whatnot but you shouldn’t pick which customers to be seated or not! Very unprofessional!

My daughter took me to breakfast a few weeks ago. To be honest, we were going to another brunch place that had too long of a wait, so we came here. This IHOP is very clean, light-filled and has plenty of parking. I have to say our waitress was attentive, friendly, and seemed to care about our dining experience. I chose what appeared to be a poor man’s egg benedict — grilled slices of brioche topped open-faced with turkey, tomato and a white cheddar cheese sauce made all the more pleasant accompanied with slices of avocado. My daughter ordered chicken and waffles. We both enjoyed our meals and thought them to be a pretty good value. They give you an entire carafe of coffee for you to serve yourself. Also, they have coffee drinks which basically are drinkable desserts, not that I’m complaining. I can personally vouch for the French Vanilla version. As IHOP’s go, it was one of the better ones I’ve been to and will definitely go back again.

Seriously… their biscuits and gravy are outstanding. I have honestly tried nothing else here. But, I would recommend their biscuts and gravy to anyone.

When I left Philadelphia, I’d been going to IHOP about once a week to catch up with a friend. The 11 years in Florida, I don’t think I bothered to go there. I’m not even sure they have the restaurants there. The one in Bensalem, PA was always good and the staff cared. I’ve heard bad stories about the stores in the tri-state area but I tried one today. At 2:30 in the afternoon, they’re past their lunch rush, so there were not many cars in the parking lot and few customers in the restaurant. It took a moment but someone grabbed a couple of menus and took me to a booth closer to the road. The server(Thomas) arrived fairly quickly and asked for a drink order. After ordering a Mountain Dew, I looked at their menus. They had new«melt» sandwiches which looked good and come in varieties for every meal. However, I ditched the bread and went for breaded shrimp with fried potatoes and broccoli and a side item, for which I chose potato soup. He wasn’t gone long and returned with the soup. It seemed a bit strange with sour cream, chopped chives, and shredded cheddar cheese in the centre. I suppose it was baked potato soup, but I’m just not sure the additional ingredients were necessary. However, the soup was reasonably good. It might have needed some celery seed or paprika instead of sour cream. The breaded, deep-fried shrimp, fried potatoes, and broccoli were good and the whole meal was filling. That’s a good thing because after all was said and done, I spent about $ 15.00 with tip. I guess I should realise that it’s 2013, but the price still gets to me. I choke at the sight of $ 4.00+ fuel too. I’d go again because everyone seemed to care and the food was prepared with care. That doesn’t happen all that often.

Brand new restaurant. Recently built it appears. Very clean inside and out. Breakfast was just as expected. Reasonable prices. Pancakes are: of course: excellent. The hash browns were the shredded kind and the eggs scrambled pretty hard. A solid place to stop for breakfast if you are traveling.
