Our car was totaled so we had an insurance payout to purchase a new car. We knew exactly what we wanted, and how much we could pay. Over the phone their sales associate said that was possible. When we got to Jake Sweeney we had 3 separate sales associates until Dwayne (phone guy) was available. The deal he offered was not what he said in the phone but we had wasted so much time we just took it to be done with the BS. We waited an hour and a half (!!!) to meet with finance to buy the car after agreeing on the price. They gave us the wrong account information to transfer the money and caused me the run around between my bank and their shotty voicemail system. No one answers the phone or returns their voicemail. Only after demanding to speak to a manager was my question ever answered. They only gave us one key and told me to stop by and pick up the second on Monday. Well, turns out they lost the key. I’m told to bring the van in and they’ll make a new one. So now I’m sitting here, waiting for over an hour to have a flipping key made. Oh, and they have the audacity to tell me «not to be frustrated». They don’t give a rat’s ass about your time. I will never come back here. Take your money somewhere where the staff deserves it.

Friendly service staff but you will wait. Got here at 7:30am for oil change. Talked into tires. 9:30am and still no update.

After looking at several area dealerships, we purchased a Jeep Wrangler from this location. The entire process was very smooth, and we are thrilled with our new Wrangler.
We ended up ordering the Jeep from the factory, and the sales rep we worked with — Tyler Ertel — was a joy to work with. He knows the Wrangler better than anyone else we talked to, and helped us through every step. During the entire process he kept in contact with us. When the vehicle arrived, he was as excited as we were!
I would recommend that anyone interested in buy a Jeep Wrangler only purchase from Tyler at Jake Sweeney. This was our second Jeep, and I only wish we had bought the first from Tyler also.

Horrible customer service in terms of anyone calling back after multiple calls left. Would not recommend.

My experience here was shameful, to say the least. We were interested in purchasing a 2014 Jeep Cherokee. My husband spoke with a salesman at length by phone. The salesman made an appointment for us to come down the next day. We made it clear we were potentially going to walk out with a new vehicle that day, with $ 20,000 cash and a trade-​in.
Well, we show up for our appointment and the guy is still with another customer. No problem. We look around some, waiting as patiently as possible. About an hour passes. The salesman is still occupied, and no other employees approach us to help. We had our two year old son with us, and I was suffering nausea from my current pregnancy. We even asked for assistance from the people at the front desk, and they looked baffled as to what «help» was. We told them to let the salesman know we were going up the road to buy our son something to eat, and we left our number, then left.
After 45 minutes we returned, despite not hearing from the dealership at all. We walk back in, no one even acknowledges our presence (evidently cell phones and internet are more important) and we wait for another 20 minutes then we left. We were offered a free tank of gas for coming down by phone when we made the appointment, and no surprise that we didn’t even receive that. We drove an hour one way to speak to these people, and received ZERO service. On top of that, the dealer started calling us to see if we were «Still interested» in a vehicle.
Uh, no. We went to Kings Automall, were greeted by a half a dozen people, offered food and refreshment, and walked out the same day with a new Jeep.
I will NEVER return to this dealership.

My wife and I bought two vehicles here. Our first experience was actually great, which is why we returned. The second time has been nothing but trouble for the past several weeks. We met with a different salesperson.
Since purchasing the SUV, the title was not transferred over until nearly two months since purchasing it. The VIN number on the paperwork was wrong. My wife drove down and got the proper VIN number on all the paperwork. The bank sent a letter stating that my wife did not have insurance and they were going to charge her for insurance if she didn’t show proof. She had our insurance company fax proof over, but now the bank has the wrong VIN number.
It is this sloppiness that creates such frustration. Employees make or break a business and we will not be back here again.

I’m someone who likes to look at cars for what they are. Yes I’m a girl but i know the difference between a head gasket and a fuel pump and know what both do.
Here the salesman for the most part did listen to what I wanted, and what I was looking for. But instead of going out on the lot and looking, he was looking things up online, to see if they were on their lot or the other locations lots. I mean I understand and respect making sure you have what I want, but I had specifically mentioned 2 cars I saw on the lot that I wanted to look at, that I had already seen online, hence why I was there.
He did show me what I wanted eventually, but then was trying to show me higher than my budget cars that I really wasn’t interested in. Yeah they had some cool features and he knew what I was looking for, but they weren’t worth the extra money. Decent prices and decent choice, just don’t worry about doing your looking ahead of time, as they’ll do it again for you later.
