A year ago I would have easily given this dealership a 5star rating. However they have managed to loose all their top service guys. Aaron, Dan and Scott were awesome to work with however they all left for better opportunities(more money) the Joeseph group needs to stop being greedy and keep their skilled guys because their service is slipping. The new guys have no clue what is going on and the parts department is overpriced and hard to work with. Need a basic part? Get online and another Infiniti dealer will sell it for much less and they won’t be rude.
