I am writing this just before returning my Infiniti GX37 this week after a 3-​year lease. As a new grandparent the sports coupe is no longer practical so I’ll be making a change. I already miss this car as I’ve loved driving it and the service dept. has been exceptional. I would highly recommend this dealership — everything from sales to maintenance to leasing has been extremely efficient and the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. If you want an Infiniti, this is the place.

Noticed a car they had advertised online for about 4K under blue book.
also said the car was 4K below the average. So I came in to look at the car and was greated by a friendly sales staff. They made the purchase painless. I noticed a small issue during my test drive and told the salesman. They said they would take care of it and they did pretty quickly.
The dealership is top notch as well. I’d put them above Porsche and Cadillac dealerships in trying to cater to customer needs.

brought my car in for a fix after an accident. The body shop is actually at the Acura store on Montgomery and it was ok. The service department did really well at fixing it right the first time. Oil changes are quick and painless.
Fred is the GM, he rolls out of Dayton everyday to work at this store and glad he does. He took care of me on a used vehicle i was drooling over.

Only giving a 4 star since I didn’t go through with the actual buying process, but the sales staff were among one of the best car dealerships I’ve ever been to. They had a specific used car I was looking for, but it sadly was missing an option I desperately wanted. Not anything I fault them for. Really wish I could have justified buying from them, because their sales staff was top notch! Respectful, easy to talk to, and seemingly honest.

This review is based on the service department. The service department is amazing and helpful. It is very easy to schedule appointments. Loaner cars are available, if needed and they also have valet service Additionally, they wash the car. (I have had three Infinitis and all bought from this dealership; however, none of those salesman are still there. Like all dealerships, there are good and bad salespeople.)
