Avoid this place. There are some employees there who are downright hostile. I have seen customers stand at the counter and not be waited on… it’s like the employees have all just quit and gone home. But, no… they are out back on a smoke break or listening to their smartphones. Orders are regularly incorrect. Coffee is often not hot. Most drive-thru customers are told to «pull up and we will get that out to you». They seem to go through employees and«managers» on a regular basis. As another customer said to me, «you know, there is a reason that these people work here… no one else will hire them!». This place is a franchise owned by Gilligan Oil, who also run most of the Shell stations and Dunkin’ Donuts in this area… whoever does their hiring must hire the absolute LOSERS of society. On a positive note, this a good location and the wi-fi is free… and there is a nice older lady who works there in the mornings. Hey, Gilligan family… this is Mariemont, not«da hood».

I stopped here twice, and both times, they were out of donuts. CRAZY! How does a donut place, run out of donuts. One of the days, it was a Sunday, around 2:30.

I am a regular at their drive-thru, and am typically very happy with their speedy service. Their counter service is abysmal, however. They are almost always out of most donut varieties, and the woman at the counter was acting very strange, almost drugged. I ordered a coffee and a donut and waited almost 20 minutes while she helped(and served) other customers. When I inquired about my order, she acted as if she’d never seen me before and asked what I’d ordered. It was as if she didn’t even put it in the system! She got me my items hastily and acted very annoyed. Awful service, I’m going to think twice about going there again.

This is a tough one. Their food is good … when you can get it or get your order correctly filled. This newish Dunkin was built a little over a year ago & we were excited to have another breakfast option that was quick. My husband & I have been there each on multiple occasions, & I know out of say 10 times, nine times either my order was wrong & then wrong again when«fixed» or by, say 10 a.m. on a Saturday, the store was completely out of donuts… BARE…and out of breakfast/lunch turkey… and bacon. The strangest part is nobody working there seems perplexed by any of this or cares to do anything about it, apologize, offer a coupon or better service, etc. We have just quit going as there’s noone & nothing there to provide breakfast.
