Cooking with Caitlin’s Third Thursday is cookingwithcaitlin.com’s signature in-​person event hosted by Towne Properties in the pulsating heart of Downtown Cincinnati the third Thursday of every month. With nine themed courses in small-​bite proportions, guests are invited to taste something totally new from the food-​focused brain of Caitlin, served by Molly and Kelly, and complemented by Francis Ford Coppola wines. The site is brought to life with new recipes, articles, and other tasty reasons to engage by Molly Ross, Kelly Trush, and Caitlin Steininger herself. A web-​based business built upon the connective nature of food, cook​ing​with​caitlin​.com uses video, television, radio, print, in-​person events, and the many avenues of social media to nurture and grow community among foodies at all levels of gastronomic mastery.

Third Thursday began as a way for Caitlin to flex her creative muscle and test new recipes on a hungry crowd. It’s become the cook​ing​with​caitlin​.com team’s favorite way to break bread with their Cincinnati audience in person each month.

When it comes to live events, and Third Thursday in particular, Kelly leads the front of the house — serving the guests, bussing the space, and managing all things «people». Kelly finds much joy and takes great pride in welcoming new and familiar faces into the cook​ing​with​caitlin​.com community. She will be the one weighing in on this Yelp account.
