Hello, I am Chef Dan, I am just a regular guy who really enjoys cooking and eating! I have to say, that I love my business, and I love the people who come to eat and or learn to cook with us! I have to start by saying that our company has served over 100 meals per week for about 18 months, that’s 7,200 people who have eaten at our Findlay Market location. And we have taught cooking classes to over 5000 people as well! So, we have been blessed to be able to share our foodie fun with so so so many of the great people of Cincinnati, my hometown! We have people who eat our sushi on a weekly basis, they come back again and again for the food because they love it! We have found numerous thanks you cards in the mail from customers who really loved our food when we catered their events! We first delivered a huge order of food for catering at Proctor & Gamble almost a year ago, and since then they have ordered food for 30 or more people over five times because they said the food was a big hit!
History
Established in 2010.
I recently taught sushi classes to nice couples on their anniversary celebration who had such a fun time they told their sister who also called and booked a class for her own anniversary! I had a group of ladies from London England recently who told me that they loved our Indian recipes, and that our Masala Sauce was better than the one they used to eat back home! I have had countless customers who have taken one class, really loved it, bought another class for a different type of lesson, loved it again and bought a third cooking class. Over and over they have come back again and again to take our different classes because they really enjoyed themselves, and really loved cooking the dishes they learned with us!

We have taught 40 person sushi lessons at Proctor and Gamble for Christmas parties, and they said that it was a blast! We taught a 50 person sushi party at Ernst and Young, and they had such a great time that they told the director of special events at the Zoo who asked us to come and cater a group of hundreds of people while putting on a cooking demonstration. Also, I personally did an at home party a few months ago for Vice Mayor Roxanne Qualls, and she said that our dishes and recipes were delicious and then the next day a person from her group came down to market to tell us what a wonderful time they had!
