Yokoz Pacific Island Catering

The catering is fantastic! Ellis was extremely professional and really showed he cared. We used them for our wedding event in May ’09. His staff was virtually invisible and quick. The sushi was so good. My family and friends were very impressed with the presentation, taste and quality. It makes me wish I had more events that need catering more often. He worked within our budget and there were no extra or hidden costs. We also took up his recommendation for table settings and linen rentals. The setup was more than I expected and beautiful. I am very grateful and will remember this positive experience forever.

I highly recommend Pacific Island Catering for great food and top notch service. We hired them for a surprise birthday party at our house and Ellis and his team were so helpful in pulling the whole event together. During the party, they were always one step ahead in knowing what needed to be done to keep everything flowing smoothly (kept the buffet full of food, helped with serving the cake, turned on our patio heaters, and even prepared generous to-​go plates for our guests).
They served delicious island food (great tasting kalua pork with cabbage, tender teriyaki chicken, tasty macaroni salad and lumpias) and the table set up was great, elegant island type décor. They also provided a mobile sushi bar that served generous portions and great tasting fresh sushi. Everyone raved about the sushi and the food during the party and we got many compliments after the party, too. Their service and professionalism were excellent and exceeded my expectations. I feel that their prices are competitive for the food and service that they offer.
