I highly recommend this place for ongoing adjustments. I initially came in two weeks ago when I was suffering from major neck pain & couldn’t even fully turn my head to the side. The pain caused all day headaches for two days. I came in for the introductory adjustment and it was instant relief… not 100% better but my headache quickly subsided. So, I finally came in today to sign up for the Premium Wellness Plan for $ 49/​mo & I saw Dr Alessandra for an adjustment. She quickly assessed an issue, which was causing upper back pain/​soreness. Again, it was instant relief. I must say, she is a very skilled chiropractor. Not to mention very friendly as well. SO WORTH IT!

This is the first «The Joint Chiro» I visited and signed up at. I was having back pain and upper stomach pain. Dr. Alessandra knew exactly what was wrong and I felt immediately better after the adjustment, I have tried quite a few chiropractors and I love this place and the concept. Not only is it open on weekends, I can walk-​in without an appointment but call before you go for the estimated wait time. This is not only less expensive than my «health insurance co-​pays» which charges me per area adjusted, it is by-​far better than previous chiropractors I have been to. It is a no-​brainer for athletes.

I saw Dr Alessandra today for the first time. She was very thorough and totally made my lower back feel so much better. We went though my treatment plan in detail, and I was very happy with the results!!! Highly recommend.

$ 19 for introductory, that’s cheap. I really want to see a chiropractor way back because I workout a lot and I heard its very beneficial. I came few days after I unfortunately hurt my back from working out, after first visit I feel way better. I mean there’s still pain but after the first adjustment I can walk better and the pain decreased. I went back after two days for my second adjustment and signed up for $ 49 for 6mos (4 adjustments for a month). I firmly believe this will help my body recover from all the workout that I do. Dr alessandra is very approachable and nice. She has healing hands :)

I was in town visiting a friend and she told me that I have to go see her chiropractor, Dr. Alesandra. I’ve never been to a chiropractor for such an affordable price before! I barely had to wait and got started on my appointment just walking in. Dr. Alesandra listened to the issues I was having and did a quick, but thorough exam, and then explained what was causing my issues. Then she adjusted me in the same appointment, it was great! I’ve been to other chiropractors that have some difficulty adjusting my low back but she definitely got things moving! I wish I could come back to see her for more appointmnets but I guess I’ll just have to settle for when I visit my friend again!

I give it two stars because compared to the other chiro offices I have been to, what makes or breaks the office is the front desk. This one has a very unwelcoming front desk and it’s almost like it’s an inconvenience for the customer to be there. I was referred by my bf because he had such a great experience at the Mission Valley location that I was excited there was now one here in Eastlake. Needless to say we were disappointed.
Not only did the front desk let two other people go in front of us (what happened to walk in priority?) but she (she said she was the manager too?) forgot to add my bf to the patient list. She tried to make it up to him by giving him a free visit but he’s never coming back and neither will I. I think I’ll drive up to Mission Valley instead. Why? I went back a second time today and the same lady at the front desk didn’t even bother to greet me or look up. I stood there for a minute before I finally just went up to the desk to find out the wait time.
No redemption. I guess this is the status quo here.

I had been suffering for a week with a bad headache and shoulder/​upper back pain. I did some research on Dr. Alesandra and decided to go into The Joint. I was a little nervous as I have had chiropractic care all growing up and sporadically through my adult life so starting with a new chiropractor makes me nervous. She is a great chiropractor and she was able to address all of my pain. She even took care of the pain in my shoulder socket and now I have more range of movement. My headache started to subside about 30 min after being treated. This is my new chiropractor and I am happy that I found her. The office is very clean and the front office is very helpful and friendly.

Had my first adjustment ever here and it was amazing. Alessandra guided me through the whole process. I tend to have soreness in my neck and shoulders. After one visit I feel such an improvement. I can tell my body needs much more work. I was recommended to come in once a week. I am certain I will be back to buy a membership :).

I’ve been seeing chiropractors for about 15 years now and no one has ever taken the time and attention as Allesandra does at the Joint. First of all-​they are open all the time! The hours are great! Second-​you can just walk in with no appointment needed! And third-​the service is great. I have had neck problems from a car accident plus sciatic nerve pain from my lower back. Every chirorpractor I’ve ever been to listens to my needs and does the same routine despite what I say then sends me on my way. Not Allessandra. She not only listened to me, but she always remembers my problem areas, AND she customized my routine. Then she asks how I’m feeling after the adjustment and treats me more if I’m still having pain. I feel so much better since coming here AND the plan isn’t bad either. At $ 49/​month you can go 4 times anytime. I’m really grateful for this place =)

I tried twice to visit this location. The first was a Saturday and the doctor was out with an injury. I came back a second day and they don’t take first– time visitors between 1 – 2:30pm.

I was having some lower back pain and could feel that my spine was not aligned. So, I decided to check this place out. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and told her I was interested in an adjustment. I filled out some general paperwork and watched a short video. I was greeted by Dr. Alesandra who brought me into the back for my adjustment. She is amazing! I told her what my problem areas were and she was able to align and make the proper adjustments. My back pain went away. Definitely coming back in the near future for back adjustments. Plus, they have a membership for $ 49 which covers 4 adjustments if you want to take that route.

Been there twice now and would recommend. I have chronic issues with shoulder and neck pain. So far I’ve had good relief from pain after each adjustment. The pricing is good and the office is friendly.

Don’t go here after 6pm, if your a new guest. I wish this was mentioned on their website because it was a complete waste of my time when I showed up at 6:01pm. I was looking forward to getting an adjustment because I believe in chiropractic care and it has been a while since I’ve seen a chiropractor. I’m a new customer, the business was still open and I get turned away because I’m a new customer! Terrible service on the business aspect and I didn’t even get the whole experience.

Quick, reasonably priced chiropractic care. My only criticism is there are no appointments so you can’t always tell how much time you’ll need.

I went here today on the whim due to tension headaches and stiffness in my neck. They have an introductory offer of $ 19 for your 1^st visit. Dr. Alesandra was very professional and addressed all the aches and pains I’ve been feeling the past week. I can already feel less tension in my neck and shoulders. I will be back for sure!

Way more than I expected. My chiropractor retired and I have a few injuries to be careful with. Dr. Gale was over the top great. I hear the full time doc there is good but idk. Dr. Gale only works Sunday and Tuesday. No appointments made. You walk in anytime. Very cool. Very affordable. If you pay top regular price the visits are $ 29. First visit $ 19 or free if you buy a package of visits. (Which I did surprising myself). Dr. Gale found things and worked on things that I didn’t know but explained a lot. I’m not an easy sell so here you go. My honest opinion. If they keep the standards up to what I experienced today I’ll be a loyal customer.

This is part of a new franchise where chiropractic care is really affordable without insurance. Also health systems like Tricare don’t offer chiropractic care and since my husband and I both require it for back/​neck injuries, we definitely factor in cost. I was a little skeptical going in knowing it was only $ 19 for a first time visit.
So I made my husband go be the guinea pig as I know he is also picky when it comes to chiropractic care. He came back saying he thought he got a newbie out of school but that she actually fixed his lower back pain. He even signed up for the 6 month package at $ 49 a month that includes 4 visits I think. So obviously that is cheap for a visit.
I was in so much pain the day after he went, that I decided to give it a try even though I am very hesitant to try new doctors. It was soon obvious that I had a much more experienced chiropractor. She listened to what modalities had worked for me in the past and used some similar techniques to address my issues. Even though I felt much better after the visit I reserved writing a review until today (the day after) as sometimes things «get undone.» Suffice it to say I feel even better today. And I am very critical and picky.
I signed up for significantly discounted visits for 5 more as I don’t really like to feel like I have to go get an adjustment if I don’t need it. But hey, that’s just me. The cool thing is that you can go to any joint anywhere in the country if you are on their plan.
I suspect if they hire competent chiropractors like the two we experienced here at Eastlake then this business model will likely be successful. Obviously we are both going to be back to this one. There are no appointments so the only downside is if you happen to go in when there is a line of people, you might have to wait a bit.
