History
Established in 1982.
Our centers were founded in 1982 by Alzheimer’s researcher Dr. George G. Glenner and wife, Joy Glenner. They wanted to create a safe, engaging place for individuals affected by dementia so that their caregivers can be given a break. We also provide free support groups for any family caregiver of dementia.
