I don’t know why people hate Subway, I really enjoy their sandwiches. I rate this particular one 3 stars because the employees aren’t always friendly nor fast when it comes to service but the sandwiches are somewhat cheap & usually delicious. The bread can be dry depending on the day you come & it loses another star for that inconsistency.

Your typical Subway food. What differentiates one from another is the freshness of the food(ever seen tomatoes that looked like they sat out for 2 days) and the service(need friendly and quick). Most Subways start at 4 stars for me — consistent — I know what I want and what I am getting. This one is below average. The quality of the produce was bleh… not too good, and the inside of an already cut avocado was ‘brown’. Service was not too hot either. The guy there must have been new as the other staff member was coaching him along but he had a hard time keeping up. Couldn’t fing the southwest sauce, looked confused. sandwich sat there for awhile… way too long to get through the line. other leapfrogged me, creating more confusion. So, if you want Subway, take your chances here… better Subways around.

This Subway is never busy when I go in. The service is good. I only wish that the tea was always ready. I hate to wait for it. The staff should really stay on top of that.

Honestly, it’s a regular Subway and it’s not like they give you extra food or anything but the service is awesome here. Every customer is greeted with a «Welcome to subway» and they really do not miss a single person coming through those doors. All the staff there are attentive and know their roles. I’ve been to many, many Subways but this one really knows how to serve its customers. The usual subway experience is pretty dull with very zombie-like staff but this one seems like the morale is high and they actually want to do a good job. Good going to to owner/manager.

Nothing super special at this place. Looked clean for the most part and the people making lunch get really nervous when there is a line; they maybe new so I wouldn’t put that much pressure on them. No military discount so I won’t be coming back. Take care of your military service members and they will take care of you.

We had a lovely lunch here today. The restaurant was clean. The employees greeted us as we walked in, and were both friendly and helpful. Although there were plenty of customers, the staff worked quickly, and the line did not take long at all. We will happily return to this Subway location soon.

Great value and relatively healthy lunch for my kids and I. You always know what you get at Subway. Unfortunately, that also means its insanely busy and like 3 tables to sit down. Better take it to go.

This subway is always busy and almost always has a line full of high school kids, families, CBP officers and employees of the surrounding businesses. Even though it extremely busy you never have to wait long to order your sandwich. One time the line was up to the door and 10 minutes later i was out of there, YAY! Whenever I go, the owner is always helping at the cash register and employees are friendly.

Yes this subway is busy, but they keep the line moving! How often do you see an owner jump on the line and help out? They do here, and everyone is always super friendly! Also, i’ve been to other subways where they run out of meatballs, never happens to me here!

I’m a Subway fan so I usually always enjoy the meals. I end up judging each Subway by it’s customer service and cleanliness instead. This Subway was clean but it’s customer service was just average. They quickly took your order and then moved you along. The cashier was neither friendly nor unfriendly, just the standard take my money and send me out the door attitude.

Subway is always a safe go-to. It’s not always the best, but good enough and quick, unless the line is out the door, which it usually is. Service is also hit or miss. Unfortunately, you get used to this and accept it no matter what because, well, it’s quick, close to home and cheap.

I was craving subway today so thats what me and the hubby got as a late lunch after running errands. I rarely eat subway as much as I did when I worked in an office years ago. Sucks my favorite yet simple sub isn’t $ 5 for a footlong.Turkey. Then again, I can’t finish a footlong. Ha. I got a 6 inch turkey on wheat with provolone cheese, all the veggies, no onion. Its what I always get. I decided to get bacon today, but for $.60…2 tiny and I mean tiny pieces wasn’t worth the $.60. I couldn’t even taste it. I don’t know if its my taste buds or what, but subs from subway never taste as good as they did years ago. Maybe I was just more into sandwiches back then? Who knows! They do have a couple $ 5 footlongs on their menu. My husband always gets the oven roasted chicken breast unless he’s craving something else. Service today was really fast which was good, but all employees should keep their talking to a minimal. My friends mom brought it up to me, she asked one girl to not talk so much while she made her sandwhich because not everyone knows it, but when you talk, you spit a lot whether you can see it or not. Gross! My sub was good today. My husband came home and took off his shirt and said«i smell like subway!» Ha. Guess you always get that smell stuck on your clothes!

I can confirm, the five dollar footlong deal is still going on. The smell is still there. The service is blah. The end.

My friend went to the Eastlake Subway location last night and got a scare when she saw the sandwich maker wipe his nose multiple times and continue to make sandwiches. At one point he grabbed a rag, blew as hard as he could, and then continued to make sandwiches without skipping a beat. She could not just stand there and accept this disgusting behavior so she yelled at the kid to STOP making sandwiches and wash his hands. She yelled loud enough for the manager to hear, but no one came out and the kid argued that he was not blowing his nose at all. Like people are blind and stupid. Unless you like a dose of snot in your sandwich DONOTGO to the Subway in Eastlake Village Marketplace.
