Sophia K.

Business Owner

Sophia is originally from a small town in Central California. She grew up with a strong love of nature, the arts. She had studied many crafts from fine art, business, spiritual living, English, and marine biology. She studied at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco and Monterey University. She most recently completed acupuncture training at the Pacific Coast school of Chinese medicine.

She has also studied and traveled throughout the country gaining skills & knowledge in of yoga & mediation, holistic living, Ayurveda, and animal rights. She is a very spiritual, kind being and that shines through her yoga teachings and marine conservation work. Her attention to detail in creating a harmonious and balanced surrounding for both of her practices are first rate. She is extremely knowledgeable and innovative in all of her areas of expertise and you truly feel the effects and benefits following either type of session.
