I’m a Hello Kitty fanatic and feel so blessed to have this Sanrio in my neighborhood! The owner of this fabulous store is so kind, friendly and helpful. She helped me with my plans for my daughters 2nd hello kitty birthday party with great ideas and helped me register at her store for my guests. She even gifted my baby girl with an awesome big red bow headband to wear at her party! This store has the best selection of hello kitty products and I just can’t get enough. It’s my happy place and I love going there and walking out with a small gift and a big smile! If you are a hello kitty fan… this is your home away from home! 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!

Was on my way to build a bear when I came across this shop. Let’s just say we never made it next door. We purchased 3 dolls, 2 ring pops, and a tin of jelly beans. I spent just over $ 60. At check out we were handed 3 boxes for our stuffed kittens. Cutest box ever! Customer service was outstanding. I didn’t bother to ask but if they don’t already offer it a military discount would be nice. Minus one star for product defect. One of the 3 dolls had a large round stain on the back of its head which I hadn’t noticed at the time. Nothing a quick wash and stain remover can’t fix. Will definitely do a better pre-​inspection next time around.

This is where Live Laugh Julibee moved to. Only open for a week, the owner seems to have a full inventory of items. A pleasant kiosk/​shop to shop at, hopefully success follows them to this new location.

I have never ran into such a bad attitude and disrespect to the customer. You would not expect that from the owners of a store but the owner of this little store are horrible. Especially the female one. She even called security on me because I tried to return unused product the next day of purchase. Products are such a bad quality and the attitude towards customer just plain rude. And all of these for $ 9. It is not about the money, it is a about the principle and customer service. We will see what California General Attorney thinks of this refund policies. And Hello Kitty, what would they think of they great brand being smashed by two rude people. I strongly recommend to not come close this store.
