Had to get my carpets installed prior to family visiting for the holidays. Well Marty was available and pre-​ordered everything for me even before even seeing my house. He gave me a price quote on the phone too. He was VERY professional and answered all questions. I am very picky by the way! If you want professionalism then call Marty.

You don’t have to look around and investigate all the other stores because we already did and Royal Carpet warehouse was the best.

Made me pay upfront for shutters. Quotes 6 – 8 weeks in beginning of October. Its December and he has not completed the job yet has had my money for almost three months. Still hasn’t given me an install date. Terrible follow through. Do not use if you want a timely job.
