Had bees in my air space between roof and attic. They had to go in through roof but they repaired it, and guarantee all their work for a year. When they came out, they listed all my options and the prices; found a time convenient for me even though I didn’t have to be home; and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Very impressed.

We’ve been with Pro Pacific Pest Control for almost a year and they have been so great to us. They work with you if you want to change the plan, if you need to know details of what they do, anything.
We have Mike Keith that comes to our house once a month and he’s always available to answer any questions we might have.
We highly recommend this company.

The only pest control place that upon arriving their only concern was finding the source of the problem– $ talk came after and it was extremely reasonable. The other companies were very pushy, were very expensive, and just not a good feeling.

We contacted Pro Pacific to remove birds nesting in our attic. They came out and removed the nests and birds. They inspected our property to discover the orgin of entrance. After removal they sanitized, fumigated, and vacuumed. They also covered the vents with metal mesh to prevent re entry. The crew was professional, courteous, clean, and on time. They covered our wood floors with plastic, kept work areas clean, and took all trash.
The only drawback was that after all their hard work, 1 sneaky bird escaped the crews eyes. we contacted Pro Pacific and they sent a crew out the next day to correct problem. However, bird didnt survive so they duplicated the sanitizing process! Overall we were satisfied with their work! We are going to be contracting them for all our pest control needs

I’ve been a member for over a year now, and they come out every 3 months to spray in and out of my home to ensure I’m not surprised by any creepy crawlies. Sometimes I call in between when there’s an extra pest with the new season, and they’re always willing to come out right away and help. Their customer service is fantastic– always friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. I don’t think I’ll try to use any other pest control service!
