George is a great coach! He is a very knowledgeable and positive trainer. From my own personal experience I was having trouble losing weight but once I started training with George I trimmed down in no time at all. I went from weighing 123lbs to 102lbs. George Castro is by far the best trainer I’ve worked with yet! I was very impressed with his knowledge and techniques. I have worked out with other trainers in the past and I have never seen or done half of the things he does with me! He is conscious of your posture at all times and makes sure you’re never putting pressure on your lower back, which is huge for me. I highly recommend George if you are looking for a trainer who is personable, motivated and full of energy! He will push you hard but make it fun at the same time!

Coach George is a great coach whether you’re an intense competitor or you just want to get in better shape. Coach George has been training all of the professional fighters at Alliance for over three years. He is very good at motivating us and pushing us to where we need to be to get in shape for our fights and reach our goals.
