Payless ShoeSource

So far I’ve had good experiences here. The female employees they hire are nice and helpful!

This store hires the rudest people! The man working today (12÷2÷13) is a double douche bag. These people could stand to get a lesson in customer service. Never going back and telling all my friends about this guys’ nasty attitude towards kids! And I’m writing the company! Now I remember why we stopped shopping there!

Like most people i try to save some. money especially when i buy shoes, so this place is perfect. I came in here to buy some high heels. I have small feet, 5 in women’s high heels only and this place will usually have something that fits. I go in and the person working is on the phone, which wasn’t a big deal. So looking through the shoes, trying some on he kept walking through my isle, but it felt like it was to make sure i wasn’t stealing. I will point out that the shoes i was wearing to the store cost more than the shoes at the store… so i was obviously getting irritated. I was there 20 – 30 min, he was on the phone the whole time. Asked if i needed help once, which i was trying shoes on anyways so that didn’t make sense. I hate when people make it seem like it ok not to say hi to me but follow me through out a store to make sure i don’t steal some cheap shoes. I work a lot and go to school. This place upset me, say hi to every customer and don’t always think they will steal.

I’m Done Shopping at Payless
We’ve shopped at this Payless since we moved to the area 10 yrs ago. Each time we come I think to myself, «The materials and construction are mediocre and I feel like I Paymore.»
Tonight my daughter selected a pair of shoes and asked the workers to hold them for her at the front desk. When we walked back from Game Stop two doors down the door was locked and the two workers inside slowly helped the last customer still inside. My cell phone time was 7:58. The sign said they close at 8:00 p.m. Payless is not Nordstrom – and perhaps that’s why these employees don’t work at Nordstrom.
With 4 pairs of growing feet in our house I wish we could find quality shoes at affordable prices.
