Dr. Kuruvadi is an amazing orthodontist. My daughter had an emergency today Sunday playing soccer, and he answer to the pager immediately and open his office to place her teeth back in place. What a customer service by far the best. We felt valued and in good hands!

The customer experience here has always been top-​notch. My appt time was 8:45a, I was put in a chair at 8:43a. Dr. Kuravadi and his exceptional staff have served me with the upmost care. It’s been about two years when I first got recommended for their work. I have been nothing but happy with my results each and every time I walked in. The staff there really does care about their patients. Every time I go in for my appointments I am hardly waiting. I’m in and out in no time. They are quick and attentive. Dr. Kuravadi and his assistant Dr., make sure that they provide you with the best tools and knowledge of what they are doing. There has never been a problem with them. They are very caring.

Dr Kuruvadi is by far one of the best dentists in San Diego. The technology and material he uses is always on the cutting edge of dentistry. He is straight forward with what to expect and lays everything out without any surprises. I just got my braces off last week and I couldn’t be any happier! Dr. Kuruvadi and his staff did an outstanding job with everything! I was very hesitant at first with getting braces for the second time but Dr. Kuruvadi assured me that I would get better results and straighter teeth the second time around. The customer service every time I visited was amazing, the staff made sure that I was alright and doing well, was very careful with my teeth each consultation. Everything in this office and equipment were professional and well taken care of. If you need braces go to Dr. Kuruvadi, he’s amazing!

Dr. Kuruvadi and his staff are second to none. He has two locations And both are absolutely incredible! You can play video games while u wait or watch some TV. When you get in the chair the staff makes u feel so comfortable! when you speak with Dr. Kuruvadi unlike most doctors who seem like they are in a rush to get to the next patient. Dr. Kuruvadi is so in the moment! He makes your feel like ur the only person he is meeting with that day. I have been with Dr. K for more then 5 years. When I first started my teeth were everywhere! Now I have beautiful straight teeth. I will recommend him to everyone for as long as I live. Great place for all ages! Also if it comes down to the $ part he has several payment options. Worth every penny!!!

My son has been going there for about a little over a year and a half and they are always so attentive. Very kid friendly nice and clean waiting area. Parking could improve though. But I take into account that it’s not their fault. They share the lot with the other surrounding businesses. I would defiantly refer my family and friends.

Ive been going to Dr. Kuruvadi for my orthodontic needs for about 3 years now. To give you a short story I first had braces put on when I was 13… unfortunately the doctor then did a poor job. At the age of 20 i decided to pay Dr. Kuruvadi a visit. The initial prognosis was that I would have to have surgery to fix my teeth (I had a small underbite). However I mentioned to the Dr that I was scared about going under and he decided to just try the traditional braces method once more. The result was perfect ! I now don’t have an underbite and Dr. Kuruvadi helped me avoid surgery ! The staff is also incredible and really makes an effort to remember you. I recently paid them a visit to get a new retainer after about 18 months and every single staff member remembered who I was and where I was going to college. By far the most professional service i have ever experienced.

Very happy to have selected such an outstanding place to fix my teeth! Everyone there is so nice and very helpful. Dr. Kuruvadi is such a great human being, treats every individual as if they were family. Professional, organized, and friendly team. If I ever have children, I will definitely bring them here if necessary.

Dr. K has done orthodontics work on 5 of my family members and we are all 100% satisfied. He truly is great a making teeth straight. I like how Dr. K always took the time to help us understand how the whole process works. The staff is really friendly and fun to be around. I used to always go to the office 15 mins early to play all the free video games!

It has been a pleasure seeing Dr. Kuruvadi and his staff every month and a half or so. The staff is very kind and they make you feel welcome every time you come in. I had reservations getting braces as an adult but all that went out the door when Dr. K assured me that it was not as unusual as I might have thought. We went through the initialization process very quickly and he was very informative the whole time. They are very flexible with appointment times and do all they can to work with your schedule.
A huge plus for the kids are the free arcade machines and huge TV’s always playing in the lobby along with the tv’s they have in front of each of the patient chairs.

Dr. Kuruvadi is a great dr, he is nice & honest. He is smart & knows what is the perfect treatment plan to your case. Eventhough i had a difficult case, i got the superior results. Again, dr. Kuruvadi is a great man with great achievable treatment & his prices are very reasonable, actually, i find it below the average when compare it the final reasult

I had a great experience with Dr. K and his office staff. The girls were always willing to help me out with my baby whyle I was in my appointment. Came into Dr. Kuravadi’s office when I needed to get braces. I was older than his average patient, but his staff didn’t raise an eyebrow when they saw their patient had facial hair.
Dr. Kuravadi put on clear braces, and away we went. His quoted time to wear the braces was conservative, I think he wanted to make sure I wouldn’t be surprised if my teeth were uncooperative and took longer: it’s something I really appreciated. I had heard from so many people that braces take way longer than the doctor’s estimation but Dr. Kuravadi and his staff got it done with time to spare on his prediction.
The staff here is amazing: Dr. Kuravadi is a great orthodontist and he’s kind and he’s also very quick without making you feel like he’s rushing. The office is always full but he makes sure that you get the one on one time with him. At this office there’s that personal touch that I find is lacking in today’s medical field. I might be dating myself, but it’s almost like Cheers, everyone knows your name: from the front staff Adriana and Eleanor, to the RDA Carlos and even the lady who did my impression (sorry I forgot your name) is fantastic: I’ve been going to the dentist since I was a child and no one has gotten my impression done on the first try: she got it done in one go.
This review would be amiss without giving special deference to Carlos: the other RDAs were so nice but Carlos really shined because my teeth were being stubborn. After each appointment with him, he got the job done. I don’t think it would have gone half as fast without him adjusting my braces. He worked really hard to close the gaps in my teeth. He wouldn’t let me leave until he was satisfied with the work.
When I had my retainer break in a freak accident they rushed me in and sent it to the lab to get fixed.
The entire staff is wonderful and the saddest thing about no longer having braces is that I don’t get to see them unless there is an emergency with my retainer.
Oh and I forgot to mention their facility: Dr. Kuravadi just opened a new office on Bonita Rd. This office is sweet! It’s completely run by solar power, has ample parking, and a nice décor inside. TVs and a large waiting room with comfy chairs.
In the back, you’ve got tvs to watch while they work. The whole process was pain-​free. From the application of the braces to getting them off: I know people are scared of the dentist, but don’t worry about this orthodontist. You’re in good hands.

Dr. K is very knowledgeable and has many years of experience in orthodontics. He graduated dental school when he was 21 and started working as an orthodontist at age 23. He’s worked with maxillofacial surgeons on many, many cases so if you need surgery, you’re in good hands. They moved to this new location a couple of months ago and it’s a total upgrade. There are two large flat screen TVs in the waiting room. Off to the side, there’s a fun zone with video games. They have a digital X-​ray machine and TV monitors at every operatory.
During the initial consult, he will explain the treatment plan and all that it entails. During each visit, he gives a quick update on how your teeth are moving and what needs to happen this month. Staff here is super friendly. Eleonor has great customer service; she always greets me by name and a smile. Lorena is the best chairside assistant. Anyone who works on my teeth will apologize in advance when he/​she is about to do any drastic adjustments.
Prices may be slightly higher than other orthodontists, but I think total cost is about average. You can meet with the office manager to work out a monthly plan, or if you want to save some $ you can offer to pay the entire bill up front and get a discount.
They have extended and Saturday hours. It’s always busy after lunchtime, so I recommend coming in around 11 am so you don’t feel like you’re being worked on in an assembly line. It’s sometimes hard to schedule the exact day/​time for your next appointment since Dr. K has to split his time between this office and the one in El Cajon.
