NextGen Wireless Repair

Went to NextGen Wireless to get my LG G2’s screen replaced. Had to come back for additional issues, nevertheless Danny attended to me with great service and made sure everything was taken cared of. I will definitely come back for future repairs.

A friend recommended this place to me. I went and it wasn’t open. When I called about 20 minutes later he was open so I went straight in and showed him my phone. He fixed my phone in 10 minutes! The price was great too. I highly recommend them.

Got a new phone for Christmas and only 3 short months later cracked the screen. BUMMER! Oh well, I’ll get it fixed. Took it in and they said they’d send it out for repair. Over a week later they called and said it was ready for pickup. When I picked it up, they told me the screen they used to fix it was probably defective and it didn’t work. Why was I even picking it up?! They sent it back and tried another screen. Over a week later, they got it back this time with no screen and said they couldn’t fix it. Almost 3 weeks with no phone! So I decided to send it to Motorola for repair and knew they would want the original broken parts. Next gen could not provide me with any. I tried sending the phone in to Motorola but they couldn’t do anything for me because the screen was gone. Now I’m short $ 400 because I have to buy a new phone. If I would have sent it to Motorola they could have repaired it for $ 100 or less instead, next gen cost me a nearly brand new phone. Totally disappointed! Call your cell phone manufacturer before going here. Fix at your own risk!

My wife dropped her iPhone and I called around and spoke to 4 different repair shops yesterday. The glass was broken. Daniel at Nextgen Wireless had the lowest price so we went to him. He fixed it in 30 minutes and it’s brand new again. We were so glad to have it fixed the same day. You got to go see him.

I took my cell phone there couple days ago to get it repaired. Power button issue. My phone would turn on briefly after putting in the battery. When i got my phone back it would not turn on at all only when i plugged it in the USB cord. And then i would get colored specks all over my screen and it would turn on and turn off constantly. I went back and told the guy my issue. HE said it was like that when i turn it in to him. When i last viewed my phone it NEVER GAVE me that issue and i told him if that’s the case why did he NOT inform me about that issue. and he replied with that all i ask him to do was the power button and thats what he did. My phone wont turn on at all unless plugged so i call that bullshit what he said. I went in three times and still nothing. He told me if i leave my phone he would look at it and it would be the first one done the next morning! So i left it there over night and my husband had surgery the next day so i was unable to come in till the day after and when i did come in the phone still made no process and i was told if i want to leave it again. I came all the way there three times and i never received a call that it made no progress and i came in for nothing. The business should at least called me instead of me wasting my time and gas to drive all the way there. 20 min drive from my house. So i took my phone back. WORST condition from when i dropped it off. No refund. Nothing. SO if you have money laying around and want to throw it away come to this business. WORST SERVICE I EVER HAD!!! SUPER unhappy. Reason why i choose to come here was because it had good reviews. I had such a bad experience here and out of pocket $ 50 with still no phone to use.

Had my Samsung s5 phone cracked screen fixed here. Great customer service, very knowledgeable & friendly. A little pricey but worth paying to get phone fixed rather than dealing with hassle of getting new phone.
1 star less than 5 only bc I had to wait a little longer than he had originally stated bc he had to order the part. With that said Danny was always contacting me & keeping me updated daily on progress.

I was referred to this business… I will not go back. when you don’t have your receipt and it is less then 30 days… don’t expect to get help they want to charge you again… it is not a big business so I am sure they have records but instead of helping a person their solution is to find the receipt or pay more money… I would not use this business… I will drive to the other end of the county before I go back or give them another dime.

If you’re looking for an amazing to take your phone to get it fixed, look no further! I dropped my iPhone 6 (with a case) and the screen was completely destroyed. I called my carrier and with my «insurance» I would still have to pay over 200.00. Well, I walked in at 10 am and they didn’t have the part in stock, but they told me they would go get and fix it within an hour for half of my insurance cost. Talk about customer service! Also, my phone looks amazing and works perfect! Thanks guys!

Being someone who worked in wireless for quite a few years, I usually repair my own devices. I had a very stubborn Galaxy Tab 3 that wouldn’t turn on. I came across Next Gen and brought in to Danny same day, right before closing in the evening. Not only did he have it fixed by the following morning, but his attentiveness was phenomenal and the price reasonable. Would definitely recommend to family and friends!

This place is great! Quick and friendly service at a reasonable price.
I cracked my phone screen and called a bunch of places around town but the employee who answered the phone here was far and above the nicest and most helpful. When I took my phone in, I felt comfortable leaving my phone with them though I did choose to stay in the store and read a magazine while the screen was being fixed. To fix my iPhone 5s screen it was $ 85 though I used the 10% Unilocal check in deal to off set the cost a bit.
The employees are incredibly helpful and very kind. They have a plethora of knowledge about technology and are willing to share it with you whether or not you purchase a service from them.
Though I hope to never need to get another screen fixed, I would easily return here if the need ever occurred.

When trying to find it, I recommend parking as soon as you see the Italian restaurant because the NextGen store front is on the side of the main drag and not easily visible from your car. Other than that, great small shop!

Danny saved my phones life. I was about to waste money on a new one when I took it in here for a screen change. He was very friendly and professional. My phone looks better than before and its already been a month! Thanks danny, I recommend to anyone who has a very bad cracked screen.

Daniel (Danny) is a great tech and demonstrates great customer service that will work for your satisfaction. Got my HTC One M8 fixed here when everywhere else didn’t even want to touch my phone because of the difficulty of the repair, but Danny was up to the challenge and excelled! Best price in town. Came in for a iphone repair because it was the best price I found around. Danny helped me out on preventing cracks by offering me a temp glass. Gotta say best thing I’ve gotten for my phone so far. Thanks Danny

I’ve come here twice for my shattered 5C screen and once for my iPad and I always leave happy :) Danny has great customer service skills and treats his customers with respect and great care. I just came back for the 4^th time today and he recommended I get the hard glass screen cover and charged me fairly for it and the repair– I’ll always come back here! Thank you so much!

Awesome place! Great customer service. Daniel always exceeds all of my expectations! Wait time is extremely short and reasonable. The cool furniture gives it a clean and fun look. Daniel cares about his clients so he has a cool waiting area with magazines and a TV. His prices are excellent and he pays a lot of attention to detail so I’ve never had any issues with any of my phones. Every time I visit his store I promise myself I won’t break it again but I am the clumsiest person I have ever met. I’ve been at his store multiple times and always leave with a smile and like-​new phone. This was tough to review, but overall I gave what is fair.
I came in the spring of 2014 to get my HTC 1 (M7) screen repaired. The Unilocal reviews looked good so I decided to check them out.
No doubt Danny’s Customer service was awesome. +1 star.
Low price and a Unilocal discount, let’s add another star.+1
Now let’s get to the quality of work.
Phone was repaired later that day seemed great so far, however my phone was never the same after that. GPS, didn’t work no more, My Top Speaker was blown out, and the screen itself would kinda pop out. –3 stars.
I did call and he offered to fix the screen.+1 It was already tough being able to find time to get this repair done. So now I’m trying to catch him at work but could never catch him because of my busy semester and work schedule. 2 months later I just give up and just got a cover for the phone and Taped it together. In December 2014, my phone dropped the same way it did in the first place. LOL so now I just ended up buying a new one for less than the repair on EBay.
Not happy about the quality of work and that I wasted precious time. Overall Please take this review into consideration and simply just don’t make the same mistake with someone else’s HTC 1.

Easy going, fast, and professional. Looked it up on Unilocal and in and out within minutes. Definitely coming here again.

So the girl broke her phone… surprise surprise! Danny was able to order parts and fix it yay!!! The girls phone is a LG optimus G. Unfortunately the girl is not so lucky with her phones so Danny may be seeing a lot more of us!
When I talked to Danny he seemed to know his shit. I believe he may have phones for purchase too. Thursday’s is an added bonus because he is on the same street as farmer’s market!!! YES! Buy me flowers and get your phone needs taken care of ;-)
Honestly I hope we don’t see too much of Danny because of broken phones but I will do a few pop ins while at farmer’s market :-)
