I love this place!
I was invited to a «trampoline park» by one of my best friends to bring my nephew to play w| her nephew. I’ve been to skyzone before & this one is seriously so much better. There’s a rock climbing wall, a wrap around wall w| a slide into a foam pit, basketball, balancing beam w| head-​dress & sticks to knock the other opponent off, two dodgeball courts, etcetc. DJ on Friday & Saturday nights 7−9AM. I’m 24, & I brought my 2 year old nephew. We both had an AMAZING time, so this place is seriously great for all ages. Lol. I was a little worried when he wanted to go into the dodgeball area because there were older kids, but they were all sweet to him & gave him the ball whenever he didn’t have one. Hahah, what do you know the next generation can be great sometimes (kidding). But yeah, I definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to take their rugrats out :-)

Came here on a Saturday night, and surprisingly it wasn’t really packed. The place has its pros and cons. What I did like is that it has a lot more stuff to do than other trampoline parks; like various climbing attractions, a special area for kids, and a really cool obstacle course that goes around the top of the building.
What I really came here for was to play dodgeball, and the whole experience sucked. At other trampoline parks, the games are organized, and the teams are made even. Here, there is no regulation whatsover, you just have a ton of random people throwing balls at each other, or just jumping, and that really blows. Also, there are little kids on both courts and you can’t play a real game with them there. If anyone who works at this place is reading this review, please have some regulation for the dodgeball courts. Have people wait in line to play real games, and have the little kids on one court and the adults on the other. I really have no clue why no one there has thought of this already.

When the staff allows for older children (young adults) to antagonize younger children and even intentionally harm them without intervention this calls for red alert!!! If you do choose to go here, watch your children carefully… EVERY minute! The staff will not!

I’m giving this place such a bad rating because of their terrible customer service. I brought three boys I babysit for here this past Wednesday afternoon (11÷11÷15). We had to wait in line for 30 minutes before getting to the counter. Once there, it was clear that the entire staff was completely incompetent. But that’s not enough for an optimistic person like myself to give such a low review. On top of their incompetence (which the boys’ parents attested to from prior visits), the staff was really rude. The boys I babysit for called me to the side (while we were waiting for the girl to figure out how to print our receipts) to tell me that the other girls behind the counter were making fun of me. Because of their coworker’s incompetency. The boys were really upset, and to think that children were noticing this kind of behavior says a lot for how overt it was.
The other staff working here were amazing, but the front desk staff were enough to make us never want to come back.

Are you a fan of ball pits? Do you want to swing on ropes high in the air? Are you struggling to scratch that middle school itch to play dodgeball (on trampolines)? If so… this place is for you! We spent a weekend in San Diego and found our way to JAN via a GroupOn. We spent 2 hours on climbing walls, navigating a ropes course, playing trampoline volleyball, and having a great time at this great indoor space tucked away in Chula Vista.
We probably should have gone during the «adult» times, which we were told they have at different times during the week. We were in from out of town, so we just showed up early before any birthday party/​kid activities and had the run of the place until the very end.
Tips:
1. Go early. I think they open at 11am. Show up whenever they open.
2. Keep an eye on the ropes course, as it can get busy and is definitely worth doing while you are there. It’ll take 10−20+ minutes, depending on your speed and # of people on it.
3. Stay hydrated! You will burn a lot of calories being a kid again.
4. Try and fill out the waiver sheet before getting there, as their iPad setup is a bit buggy, and we wasted a good 5 – 10 minutes trying to navigate their menus and paperwork (all electronic).
5. The grippy socks they offer/sell…surprisingly good! $ 3.99 is not a bad price either.

This place is a load of cardio fun! My advice would be to
* avoid obvious busy times (i.e. Saturday during the summer), because you’ll probably have to wait in longer lines for attractions, which will cut drastically into the time you paid for
* bring your own socks with rubber grips on the bottom (it’s required now), if you don’t have any, they sell them there for $ 3/​pair
* wear shoes, because it’s required if you want to do the Skywalk
* wear super comfortable & light clothing, you work up a sweat real quick!
* check Groupon, or other sites that offer deals, for cheaper admission!
* I would recommend investing in at least a 2 hour admission, due to the wait time for attractions
There seems to be ample parking, even for busier days & times (we went on a Sunday afternoon, so I imagine it wasn’t peek hours), tables are limited (unless you have a reserved one through a party package), lockers are available for storage of personal items (wasn’t able to see if you had to pay for them). Oh, & I was worried we’d encounter the same problem as other people had encountered, about some of the attractions being closed, which wasn’t too big of an issue when we went. If an attraction was closed, & there wasn’t anyone waiting anymore for an attraction an employee was originally assigned at, they would open up another one you wanted to try.

This place used to be okay, but something has changed. I took my family here about a year ago and we had a good time. This weekend, however, it was evident that things have degraded and it was a letdown.
First of all I suspect they may need more staff because they didn’t have all of the activities open. Either that or maybe the attractions were broken. Example: the slingshot looking device where a person is harnessed in and they bounce and try out flipping and such — not operating.
Secondly the Sky Walk, which is the harness/​climbing activity around the upper perimeter of the building and the major attraction my kids enjoy most, opened only after we’d been there for about an hour. That was a huge bummer when I’d paid for two hours for two kids and they only got to use the attraction a couple times before we had to go. It was especially hard hitting when you consider the price people forked out is roughly $ 15 per hour per kid. Luckily I was there with a Groupon, but we suffered nonetheless as the activity was unavailable.
Kudos to the check in staff — they were friendly and helpful and it definitely speeds things if you’ve filled out the waiver forms in advance or on a previous visit. However, if some of your activities aren’t open or late to open then what’s the rush?
All in all this place seemed pretty low class.
My advice for potential guests: don’t show up early, fill out waivers in advance and use a Groupon to save some money.

Loved this place! My family had a blast. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Two hours just flew by. Skywalk is a MUST!

Had tons of fun here last weekend. Lots of parking, and it was a very easy process filling out the vouchers and checking in. The main thing about the place would be the trampoline area, which is very big. Additionally, there are other things to try like the many climbing walls, as well as the foam pit and dodgeball/​volleyball courts. Nice selection of snacks and drinks available, and a really good place for some fun/​exercise for all ages (especially for my 4 year old nephew).

I follow rules whenever required, such as in a place like this, but when four staff members have different rules, price policies, and then clearly tell me the same rules THEN don’t apply… makes me livid. «It’s slow so it’s ok to break rules for others». Then told by Tony, the supervisor, they don’t have these rules/​policies documented so how can anything be obeyed and followed. «We are in the process of having them printed.» Should’ve done all that before you opened your doors. My almost two year old cannot have an adult by her side… ohh wait she can have me help… ohh wait nevermind too confusing and the own staff doesn’t know. So I just paid to sit around so i wouldn’t get scolded again. There is a piece of tape that shows 42 inches, but the rules say 46 inches… which is it?!? What a joke

I went to Jump Around this weekend and I was blown away by how much fun it was!
I am a mentor with the county, and I work one-​on-​one with a youth (kind of like «Big Brothers, Big Sisters»). I work part time while I go to school, so my funds are very limited. I wrote to the Jump Around team to explain my situation and they generously offered my mentee and me a free hour of fun.
We got to go on the sky walk, race each other on the rock wall, jump on the trampolines, etc. It was a fantastic way to spend the afternoon and the atmosphere is unlike anywhere else I’ve ever been. The staff are all super fun and enthusiastic, they really enhanced the experience.
Again, I can’t say enough good things about this place. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for fun activities to do with their kids.

Very fun and big place.
Came here yesterday with my daughter and boyfriend and we had so much fun! It was really busy though and since my daughter is only three she wanted to run around everywhere and it we didn’t want her to get hurt by the big kids/​older people so we tried keeping her in one area.
We will probably come back here on a weekday when it is less busy? Maybe she can have more freedom lol.
The only advice I have is the FOOD COURT needs more workers. I felt so bad for the ONE girl who was trying to serve a line all by her self): it took a while before the other workers noticed and gave her a helping hand.
Also, if you use groupon they have a groupon deal right now!

Awesome place for kids and adults. Went for grandsons birthday party. Free coffee for Unilocal reviews and military discounts are cool.

This place is awesome. There are lots of things to do. We stayed 2 hours and it was not enough time to do it all. My 11 year old sone had a blast and played the entire time. Great value also. Would be nice if the offered fruit smoothies. …I don’t drink coffee. Overall great time.

My kids (9yrs, 11yrs) and I are pretty much regulars here. We’re here every weekend if not every other weekend. I’ve been taking my kids to trampoline parks for a good two years now. Jump Around Now seems to be the most versatile trampoline park out there. Not only are there trampolines, foam pits, dodge ball and basketball, there are climbing obstacles, joust, supported bungee jumping, etc. This indoor park is pretty awesome for price you pay to have a little fun.
I recommend hitting the Groupon site to purchase the 2-​hr tickets because 1 hour just is never enough. Ask about the discounts at the desk as well for jump times. My only complaint: There are no extended trampolines for tumbling, just sectioned-​off squares. :-)

What a super fun place.
My kids have been to trampoline parks before, but this one is way better than the others!
There is a giant trampoline area with probably 50 or so trampolines all put together wall to wall style. There are two areas for dodge ball trampoline, an area for little ones, a trampoline foam pit, an obstacle course (sky walk), a jousting balance beam (think American gladiator) a basketball hoop so you can slam dunk like the pros and that’s just on the trampoline side!
On the climbing side there is a double rock wall, a climbing wall that moves, two bungee jumpers, a stairway to heaven, and a double helix thing that looks like a giant stack of legos.
The staff is younger, but they are fantastic with the kids. Everyone was patient, encouraging, made sure all the safety equipment was attached and adjusted before each and every activity and they were pleasant to kids and adults.
No X rated music here folks. On the day we went, the music there was more of a pop style EDM music, which was perfect for the high energy environment.
Our kids had two hours and by about an hour they were wearing themselves out. We did go on a non-​holiday, midweek, so the place was basically empty until about 3:30 when school let out. I suspect that on the weekends this place is packed with birthdays and kids so two hours might be better during busy times.

First of all this whole place is amazing! Very spacious with plenty of different trampoline areas. Now, the sky walk was definitely the scariest thing to do for me because i am extremely scared of heights and even though i cried through the whole thing i was glad i finished it all and conquered my fear. I could have not done this without the wonderful help of patient and encouraging Tyrone, he pretty much held my hand through the whole thing, he was in front of me going through it backwards so he could help me and he did not once made fun of me for crying through this obstacle course that little kids do by themselves with no problem whatsoever. Thank you for saving my life Tyrone! all the other staff was equally helpful and very encouraging but Tyrone was for sure the MVP for me.
The most fun i had was definitely on the trampoline areas! Playing dodgeball with the kids who never run out of energy, and also diving in a pool of foam squares from a trampoline. I recommend this place 100% and i am coming back for sure!!!

The staff is very young and spend most of their time socializing. The music they were playing was very inappropriate. Very very explicit and uncensored. I am at a kids play zone, not at a downtown club. I made a complaint and they changed the music. From reading all the other reviews, this type of music seems to be the norm.
The kids had fun but I probably won’t be back anytime soon.

Came here with my mom & little cousins (ages 8 & 12) and we all had a blast! Pricing is a bit high, but we had a coupon which helped.
I was told they have DJs that come on Fridays and they often give special pricing those days depending on what’s going on. For example, Jammin Z-​90 (90.3) visits, pricing is $ 9.03. Neat!
The place is huge and not too packed (or musty). I think it’s fairly new so I hope business picks up for them as Summer approaches. They have hand sanitizer stations which I thought was very cool. I also saw one of the staff spraying/​sanitizing the helmets after use. Score for me!
Speaking of staff… they’re amazing. They’re very helpful and friendly. They don’t make you feel like you’re just another number and they’ve been doing the same thing for hours. Dave is the bomb for being my moral support on the sky walk. He let me follow him ½ way through. Try this! (Ages 12+)
The manager is super nice too and made rounds making sure people were enjoying themselves.
The dining area is nice and they actually have a onsite chef. Greek food was the special during this visit. They really try to make it both kid and adult friendly which I love. Oh, they have all-​inclusive party packages too! Cameras are in the party rooms that record the entire party. You can save the footage on your thumb drive to watch later.
Babysitters or single moms or dads that need a «break» but can’t really get one can bring the kids here to relax guilt-​free while they let them loose. It’s a great place for play dates of all ages. Look for promotions and check it out!
