Jack in the Box

An employee used my credit card while I was in the drive thru and charged over $ 500 on my card to purchase items from Macy’s last night and my order. To say I’m upset is an understatement! If it was so easy for them to charge things for their own pleasure that time I’m sure they have done it before or will do it again! I will be reporting this to the police!

I just went through the Drive-​Thru and ordered 6 orders of tacos. I make sure they are made fresh by asking for no cheese and to add tomatoes. 2 minutes after being handed the tacos in a bag the bag is soaked in grease. I order this from multiple Jack in the Box locations weekly and this is the first time I have ever had grease on a bag. When I took out a taco it was very wet. Even though they weren’t visibly appealing I took a bite and the «meat» was still cold. The only reason they are getting 2 starts is because they did make my order right and the lady working at the window was okay. This was my first and LAST time coming to the Jack in The Box on Broadway in Chula Vista. Very disappointed Jack :(
