not bad much smaller than years past, selection is much smaller but you do find what you need

I’m giving this place two stars, just because they had more selection in costumes in bigger sizes. (Xl) I went to try on the costumes I chose and the girl staff attending the fitting rooms where just jabbing away making rude and sexist jokes in front of the kiddies. They had rude expressions on their faces and making it clear they did not want to attend to people. I was very polite and quiclkly tried on my selections. The cashier was the worst. She didn’t even say thank you for purchase. I ended up spending quite a bit for three piece costume. But yeah, good for costumes terrible service. Next year I hope halloween express makes better hiring choices.

Purchased The Hand Runner for just under $ 40. Asked about the return policy at checkout. Was told no refund no exchanges. Got the item home and it didn’t work right out of the box. Better believe I am heading back there tonight!

Let me start out by saying how horribly disgusted I am with the customer service. I took my teenage daughter to shop for a costume and it was like «mean girls» in high school. I believe the associates name was DESTINY, she was the worst one of the staff! She kept staring and making faces at my daughter, thank god my daughter is more on the classier side and pretty much ignored her! I will not ever be shopping at this location Id like to give this place ZERO stars so not deserving of my one star review.

Im leaving them 3 stars for… great selection in masks and wigs. has a lot and depends on the price. Kids costumes although… mehh id rather go to party city or walmart not much variety and the sizes i seem to find are too big for my son. Kinda expensive too
