Established in 2001.

While many family law attorneys offer their services at hourly rates, I utilize a different fee structure. I offer my services at a FLAT RATE — one of the first attorneys to do so. There are no hourly fees. One payment covers my services, whether the matter is contested or uncontested. I do ask that my clients be responsible for paying any associated costs, such as court filing fees. I determine the fixed fee for my services based upon the particular facts of each case, but I strive to make my services affordable to all.

Awesome, Deal Flat Rate! Don’t waist your money else where. Paper work is complicated and you might screw yourself if it’s not done properly. Just because they have big a name like Men’s Lawyer. I went in search for help they all want money up front just for a consultation. Luckily I found Neill Marangi. Very Professional Lawyer! Case took long but was due to Court slow process, a little over a year cause Default too. It was all worth the waiting and I never had to go to a single court hearing, Neill was there for me. The outcome for me as a man was great. I got physical custody of 12 year old daughter & 16 year old son, $ 00.0. No Child support. I got to keep my home and cars. Neill kept me informed with updates. He even gave me a response by email on a Sunday at 1 am morning. Not to worried that he was going be at the court hearing for me that following Monday. Very very happy with the outcome. –Thanks again Neill

Neill is a VERY professional and easy to work with lawyer. He does not pull any tricks on you like most lawyers do. He knows how to deal with the judges in the area and how to speak with and to them in the court room. We had the privilege to use him for a very nasty and lengthy divorce. He made the process smooth, even though her ex did not want to cooperate. He never drummed up excess charges like some lawyers do. We will use Neill as our lawyer until the kids are grown and out of the house. He is very straight forward and makes the process easy to understand. His services and what he does for you is WELL worth the money!!!

Divorce is hard, and the laws make it more challenging. I used Neill Marangi. He is VERY competent and fair. He coached me through and believes in ”do today what you will not regret next year” in these matters I read the need for aggressive lawyers and he is one!
He’s been great during my divorce and working out custody for my young child. Very smart and articulate and really good at advocating for me. I also like him because he is reasonable and open to helping the case be settled outside of court if that is possible (mediation, conferences between lawyers) rather than just taking it to court, which is the most expensive option. Fortunately the more reasonable options worked for me because all my ex wanted to do was fight, but I at least my attorney guided me through the best possible scenarios for working out the conflict first rather than just thinking in terms of money and court only.

Neil Marangi is a skilled, knowledgeable and ethical attorney. And I say this as a fellow family law lawyer who is marketing for the same clients that he has. (In other words, I have no personal gain from endorsing him) Seeing his one star rating on Unilocal,I felt like I had to give Unilocalers a clearer view of him. I have handled a few cases against Neill as opposing counsel and he was always a formidable opponent with his client’s best interests in the forefront. It’s hard to explain why his bad reviews show up in Unilocal,while his good reviews are all filtered, but I’d take the time to look at his filtered reviews as well. If I were to, heaven forbid, get divorced– I’d be very unlucky if my wife hired Neill!

Worst experience ever.
I paid in advance – Huge mistake. I’m out 700 dollars, also I have screenshots from all over the web where he’s reviewed himself, by himself.
So disappointing and frustrating – When asked why he’s taken 3 months to file he responds, ‘I don’t know…(long pause while he gathers his thoughts)…, My mistake’. When I ask him what my recourse is, he then suggests that I can represent myself.
I paid him to know, I paid him to do his job, and in a timely manner. I never said, ‘Here’s a check for 700 dollars, but wait to cash it for 3 months.‘
I should have known the day I met him – He’s insufferably ineffectual and a worse communicator, I’ve never met.
Did he have a breakdown in January that caused him to lose time – Did he travel the world on a cruise for 3 months – Did he meander through the Appalachian trail? Sadly, I’ll never know what he was doing while not filing my paperwork.
