Conder Carpet Cleaning

Used a Groupon from Conder Carpet Cleaning in Chula Vista to have our carpet cleaned today in Carlsbad, Ca. Kirk responded to all my questions very quickly. He arrived on time, was VERY efficient and did an excellent job. Could not be happier. Will be using them again in the future. Thank you Kirk for a great and timely job.

I had purchased a group deal for Conder Carpet Cleaning. After my carpet was shampooed it appeared to be clean. After it dried, the stains seemed to reappeared. After a few days, it seemed like the dirt has gotten worst. When my boyfriend came over that weekend, he asked me when I was going to get my carpet cleaned, I told him, I got it cleaned already. He said my carpet looked dirtier then what it was before it was cleaned. I called Conder and asked him if I can have a redo, he said he couldn’t have anyone come out for 3 weeks. So I said that was fine. After a few days I realized it was a holiday weekend and I was possibly going to be going out of town and contacted Conder again to see if we can move it to another day. He offer the beginning of the following week. That didn’t work for me, so we agreed to the following end of week, the week after the holiday weekend. As it got closer to the week of the scheduled cleaning, I got called to work and needed to reschedule again. I contacted Conder. I never heard back from him. I left him phone messages and texted him. Eventually he did contact me, 2 ½ weeks later, to let me know that it was past the 30 days and he wouldn’t honor the redo any more. First he never mentioned anything about limitations to redo’s to 30 days or less. Secondly, he couldn’t come out to do redo the carpet until weeks later and at that point, it was over the 30 days. Had he been able to come sooner, it could have been done. We’ve moved it a couple of times and well past 30 days and he still never mentioned anything about a cut off day for redoing the cleaning. Plus he waited 2 ½ weeks before returning my calls. I kept calling and texting him before he decide to call me back to inform me that he will no long come and re-​clean the carpet unless I pay their price to do so. The reason was because the carpet would be even more dirtier than what it would be had we done it before the 30 days. The point is he was planning on cleaning my carpet well after 30 days and he was okay about that, but I guess moving it out again must really make a difference for him to clean it. Very disappointed in the lack of service, lack of professionalism. Whatever happened to customer service. I guess he doesn’t want my repeat business.
