I had a great experience with Joe assisting to get my carpet installed promptly as i had a last minute request. My carpet installation looks wonderful. Very pleased.

I was anxious to replace the flooring in my bedroom and stairs. Joseph arrived within 30 mins to give me an estimate. He was very patient & listened to my needs. He had creative suggestions and his prices were much less than the other 2 estimates I received.
Joseph did not nickel and dime me and there was no pressure. He offered a great selection of flooring too.
He expedited my installation and completed all work in 1 day. His installers were very professional & polite. They were considerate with my furniture and personal items.
They took care of all debris and housekeeping. They were especially meticulous with finished work, (seams & baseboards). Everything looks great and the work is expertise!
I highly recommend Wonder Carpet & Flooring and would definitely use them again.

Could not be happier in the choice we made for new carpet. Earlier in the day I had an estimate done by someone who clearly didn’t care about my needs and assumed since I had used them in the past that I would just hand over my business to them. After being treated so rudely I called Joe. He was the closest to my location and I needed another estimate ASAP. Joe arrived within an hour and a half and carefully measured and took time to go over different options. I already knew what I wanted so it was just a matter of measuring and receiving an estimate for the work. Joe was the nicest guy and has earned a customer for life. I own several different rental properties in the area and his attention to detail was beyond my expectations. His communication was excellent and the carpet turned out wonderfully! The installers did a great job and were careful to clean up and lay the carpet properly. I will be back! Thank you Joe!

We just bought a new condo that had 2 rooms of craptastic carpets that we wanted to replace w/​laminate but of course on a tight budget because we just threw everything at buying. Thumbtack provided Joe, who was great. This is particularly noteworthy as we had a rough closing/​moving schedule, several delays, and a need for instant turn around– all accomplished with great attitude and excellent end results.
The quality and speed of workman ship was truly remarkable, as was Joe’s responsiveness at every turn of the process. He answered his phone or returned calls immediately. They guys who put the floor in were masters and the joints are SEAMLESS. only downside is it makes the rest of our house look bad.

Joe was a man of his word. But with that said, the people he contracts with to install the floor are HORRIBLE.
The installers did not ask me where to have seams placed on the carpets which left the seams VISIBLE. Installers tried to advise me that visible seams are «normal» and will disappear after time. Well, they lied.
Installers also did our laminate flooring and tried to fix all of their errors with caulking. The installers had to install the laminate flooring THREE times due to their poor workmanship.
Joe was great though and went over and beyond to make a wrong made by the installers to right. I just wish the installers had the same work ethics as Joe. If I had to recommend Wonder Carpet, I would say no until they obtain PROFESSIONAL floor installers

Needed a last minute replacement in a few rooms. Looked around Unilocal along with local ads. I was fortunate to stumble upon these guys. Called and spoke with Joe. He immediately gave me options and reassured he’d be able to deliver what I needed in time for the weekend (just two days away). I didn’t have time to stop by the showroom so I asked if he could email me the pics. I was impressed with how quickly he sent the emails along with the quotes. Sure, I could have shopped around, but based on the level of service received along with a competitive offer, I didn’t bother.
The installer arrived just as Joe stated. The person was very professional and courteous. I was surprised with how quickly he was able to complete the installation (just a few hours). The installer even helped me move a piano and a large china (who does that for you nowadays). I was so blown away that I took care of him with a very nice tip. It’s the least I could do.
Would definitely recommend again. As a matter of fact, I’ll be calling Joe again in a few weeks to take care of the rest of the house.

Joe was very professonal, punctual and gave me the very accurate estimate (by mail and in person after checking the actual size).
I ended up getting his help with carpet and linoleum… he never tried to sell anything more expensive, and offered a few extra for me.
All the job was done timely (he scheduled the job the following day since I needed it ASAP), he sent me the completion confirmatin and did follow up by email as well.
I did not even shop around, since all the Unilocal reviewers already did it for me. His price was very fair, and everything good I’ve read on Unilocal was true.

Called to have a room carpeted. Joe was out the next day to measure, brought some samples, and the next day had the room done. Amazing job by the guys that installed the carpet, and fast.
