Bad service. We were never offered water, an add on was forgotten and the waiter never checked in on us. The food was decent but not great. This place used to be awesome about ten years ago but it seems the quality has changed for the worse. Won’t be returning.

Ordered a cup of chicken enchilada soup, had some southwest egg rolls for appetizer and had to rush home with a terrible stomach indigestion. Stomach indigestion(word I won’t include in this review) lasted 3 days! Never going back to this restaurant! The soup was excessively salted. Wait was 1.5 hours to get seated and we waited for our food an hour!

Service at this location is a hit or miss. I normally sit in the happy hour area and sit down immediately, but I notice that there’s always a ton of people waiting for a long time(maybe a little longer than the Otay location). Food is typical of other locations. The cell service here sucks so much for me!

The floor was dirty. The food was okay. We ordered fried pickles and what was served was more fried bit pieces than actual pickles. Fried crumbs. And I found a fried SHRIMPTAIL in with the basket of fried pickles. The waitress didn’t gave us any Napkins or silver wear.

Well it’s been a while since the boo and I have been able to sit down and a enjoy a dinner together and I’m glad we chose chilies ! The ambiance at this location is always chill, and if you get Xavier as your server you know that everything is going to be amazing ! Not to knock on the other servers but he is the only server I have had here and I make sure to ask for him every time ! We ordered a steak and also a hamburger, both were absolutely amazing. Had an amazing time and this will be he only chilis I visit ! Great people, great food, great time ! See you guys soon !!

Okay so the commercials look like this place is a fun place to be and the food looks so dam good. But really it’s not loll. This place sucks. Even the food. I got my burger and it came out burnt and it was small. The appetizer was horrible it was nachos they were stale and the portion of avocado was the size of a quarter. Very disappointing. Place went downhill

Food is OK! The group ordered the 2 for $ 20. With fried pickles, tostada chips and dip, bacon chicken ranch quesadilla, mango fish, and chicken fajita. Overall the food was average and a bit greasy. Not sure if I will be coming back.

The service is alright and it has that typical TGIF/Applebees feel to it, it’s like where people over the age of 25 go to drink. Maybe it’s just me but I do like the steak here for some reason. Especially on my last visit. I ordered medium well and it was cook perfectly. Most of the time I get medium well it’s either undercooked or overcooked. But my steak had the perfect amount of pink. I would definitely order a steak from here over Outback if we’re speaking chain steak restaurants.

Went here to celebrate my birthday with my family, and was told there was going to be a 25 – 40 minute wait, which isn’t bad because usually it doesn’t ever take that long. LIE. we waited for 50 minutes, the dumb thing was that there were so many open tables. I asked the hosted why we haven’t been seated because we’ve been waiting for a while and that there were so many open tables. He said it was because«it they were being slow.» You guys are a restaurant, you guys need to be faster. On top of that, there were also so many un clean tables. A dirty table and peoples leftovers are not what i want to be looking at while I’m eating. And the female hostess was so rude. she was laughing at a customer that was complaining to he manager. learn restaurant manners. poorly ran! on a side note, our waitress was really great! took care of us, well mannered, worked really fast and checked up on us every now and then. probably the only good thing about chilis, was our waitress. get more people like her!

I honestly enjoy bar and grills. The customer service here is excellent but I had a few concerns. I orderred a skinny margarita which i regretted as soon as it came out. It wasn’t a drink. It finished it in a couple sips because it was so small and sweet. No alchohol so I ordered a beer. A stella 22 ounce. Love me belgium beer. I’m not one to complain about my order so I said nothing about my margarita but lesson learned. Applebees skinny margarita is big and gives me a head change so I think I expected the same from chillis since they are very similar. Anyways I orderred their chicken/shrimp fajitas and they were good. Not amazing but I guess they charge you an extra dollar for the shrimp when on the menu it didn’t say that. They also tried to charge me a extra dollar for looking at a game on their table tablets. My son brought his ipad and dinosaurs and I was on my phone so I just looked. I made my waiter correct that. Great guy named Adrian. Overall I will be back but today I definitely learned what not to do on my next visit.

A very nice location, never been to this one before. Our server was great, and very attentive to our needs. The only thing I hate was our table. It was very small reminded me of kindergarten table and chairs. Couldn’t even fit all the plates on the table but it’s all good.

Will never return. This place is dirty. The staff was very friendly and inviting, but it is clear they don’t clean. The menus were covered with food and mold or mildew in the corners. When I brought it to the attention of the waitress she said, «I will make sure they wipe those down better» and then she put them back into the menu holder. When our food arrived I decided to open my flatware and the both the knife and fork has crusty with food particles and there were little black ants on the table. Nope. Sorry. Never coming back.

Time for an updated review. Came here for dinner tonight since they offer this special. It’s the 2 for $ 20 and 2 kids meals for $ 30 total. Hubby wanted to go here. I don’t frequent this location because food here was bad last time I came here. I order a mango iced tea to drink. I got the half order of Texas fries and for my entrée chicken bacon quesadillas. The chicken bacon quesadillas were on point. I liked the Texas cheese fries. Yum! The quesadillas were a tad salty since there was too much bacon in it. For dessert we got the chocolate molten cake. That was the best part. I’m a sucker for sweets. This dessert was good. Chocolate and vanilla cake with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top surrounded by pieces of Oreo cookies. Yum! Service was fast and quick! Our drinks were immediately refilled and the girl was constantly checking up on us. Maybe she saw me on Unilocal!LOL! I’ve never gotten such fast service like she gave us tonight! I still don’t prefer this location. I would rather go to the one at the Otay Ranch mall. Food tastes better there.

Happy Hour at Chilli’s is the best. I love this place. Very clean and staff are friendly. I love how they take care of their customers. Vanessa always make sure we’re doing fine. She’s very attentive and friendly. Oh how i love their smoked chicken wings, it’s the bomb. It’s something that i look forward to and feels like you want to keep coming back. The Margherita flatbread was good too. Margarita Presidente $ 5 what else could you ask for. I can’t wait to go back.

Chili’s sent me an E-mail promising me an Appetizer, Two Presidential Margaritas, Two Full Entrees and a Dessert, all for $ 35. Umm. .. Yeah !! My wife and I went there and signed in, had a 25 minute wait, since the place was very crowded, despite(or because of) the rain. Sure enough, we were called as predicted and seated at a rather small table, just barely enough room for us. First order of business is a Unilocaler shout-out to our excellent server, Zavier. Well done ! My wife, the German, wanted to try the fried pickles. After a discreet eye-roll, I capitulated. I was expecting to shun them after a teensy taste, and instead, I ended up fighting her for them. They were delicious ! The El Presidente Margaritas came. .. The glasses were about 2⁄3 the size of a normal margarita glass, which was disappointing until Zavier presented the shakers full of margaritas. .. Dang, these were good margaritas, especially when compared to the duds we had a Barra Barra a while back. The secret ingredient was a splash of brandy. The entrees arrived about 12 minutes after ordering, and they were hot. I had the pork and chicken fajitas with flour tortillas, and she had the sirloin steak with tasty mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli. My fajitas came equipped with all the sides: Cheese, guacamole, sour cream, salsa, and diced tomato. The meat was soft, moist and wonderfully seasoned. Both entrees were excellent, and we each brought a container home. The dessert was vanilla ice cream drizzled with caramel on a hot fudge brownie. Tried, but couldn’t finish it. Delicious. I certainly think I got my money’s worth, that’s for sure. All that for $ 37.80 including tax. The only downside was the ambient noise level. It was very busy, and it was noisy. We could hear each other fine, though, since the table was so small. You better believe it, I’m a Fan.

We like coming here for the margaritas, they’re good and pretty cheap to get a good buzz going ;) Two stars for that. Unfortunately, I was really annoyed with the service last night! We sat at the bar thinking we would get faster service– not the case. After waiting 20 minutes for a side of guacamole, we told the bartender to just cancel it. I had already ate most of the chips and salsa! She just said«oh sorry guys» She totally forgot to even put in the order and didn’t offer to bring it out anyways(like any good server would.) Mind you, they weren’t even busy and I LOVE the guacamole here :(Lame!

Our server, Cesar, was very kind and took the time to small talk with our table. A+ on the customer service! I ordered the cheese fries, guacamole and chips, and a chicken salad. The cheese fries looked impressive but they only melted the cheese on top, so when it got to our table only the top layer was covered. The guacamole didnt have anything special going on with it. It tasted like store bought guacamole. The chicken was sweet and the chicken was cooked, but there wasn’t anything that really stood out for my pallet. It had corn, beans and dry cheddar cheese. You’ll see from the pictures that the presentation was really gorgeous, but sadly it didnt reflect the quality of the food. If it wasn’t for the service, I would have rated this lower. I wouldn’t recommend coming to chilies if you want comfort food. Better off going up the street to find a mom and pop owned resturant where they actually care about the quality of the food.
